Seems like I just over estimated the IQ of the people over here. GUYS!! The question was simple-- Does SM feel guilty for desiring Ish despite knowing Ranveer loves her so much, so much that he was never going to marry anyone else rather lead a painful life on his own? so much much that he always said he'd let Ish go away if she's happy with Shi? so much that once she leaves he'd never be able to lead a normal life? What I generally asked about shi's character has got nothing to do with how our leads behave. They're idiots but that has entirely different story. Ranveer wants his wife, his childhood love, and the logic everyone's applying here for shi, by that one I think Ranveer should think for himself first, consummate his marriage with Ishani because he's in so much pain and none of this is his fault, and think his ehsaans are too much that she should stay with him at least in this life. He's not doing so, he respects Shi's feelings because he knows how it feels to be loved and not loved by the person you love. Shi can feel the same thing without any outside influence but he's not. His self-righteous attitude and dumbness hardly makes him think beyond himself.
