I really, really liked today's episode. All the bits and pieces (scenes) came together like a well-functioning unit and converted into a crisp episode.
Raman shouting at Jhaakad for Romi, and Romi shouting at Jhaakad for Raman was the sweetest thing. Though I still have trouble looking at Romi the way I used to, he's at least tried to redeem himself by understanding Raman's love, and accepting his mistake. His outburst in front of Sarika was again relatable.Time and again I get this feeling that Sarika is a good person at heart. She herself has been through so much, financially and emotionally, that she tends to become insecure, but that's understandable considering the hardships she's been through. The way she listened patiently to Romi, and also accepted along with him that they were indeed in the wrong, goes on to show that her intentions were never wrong. And if one looks at the situation, her mistake was raising her hand on Adi, for which she was ready to apologize on the same day itself, before IshRa left the house with kids. It was Romi & Sr. Bhalla whose ego ruled over their sanity.
Having said all of this, I'm not satisfied with Romi. The reason being he insulted Ishita first and foremost, and then Mihir & Bala, and he did so in the most hurtful manner. His slate is not clean if he does not apologize to Ishita as well as Mihir, and profusely at that. Even then, I don't know whether he'll receive a complete clean chit in my eyes anytime soon.
I'm liking Ishita & Toshi ji's team. Thank god someone inside the house is supporting IshRa, and so vehemently!
Loved, loved, loved IshRa's convo. It had their trademark nok-jhok, Raman's one-liners and Ishita's over-smartness, all in one, felt like I was watching IshRa of the olden days.
Raman & Romi's bike-ride was superb too. The trick Romi used is usually used by heroes on their heroines 😆 😆 In this scene, there was one thing that was extremely special, that stood out on its own. The way Raman & Romi looked in sunglasses. KP & Aly killed it For a few seconds, that was all I could focus on ☺️ ☺️ 😆 😆
Loved Raman's taunt to Romi - "Mujhe toh aadat hai paison ki numaish karne ki" 👏 👏 Very elder brotherly like 😃
Raman's angry young man demeanour in the last section was the cherry on the cake (cake being the already good episode 😃 ), but it was a super red and super huge cherry 😃 His words were so apt 👏 A son's heart was pricked badly, and a father was feeling proud (I think so) 😃 The way he explains to the jeweller who his dad was and what he had done 👏 👏 👏 The best part - Raman's shout "Kakkad!" It was like a lion's roar 👏
Now I'm really intrigued as to what will happen so as to cause the tiff again, and make Raman angry on Ishita.
Coming to the precap, can I say I'm really, absolutely glad that Shagun is still snarky to Ishita? I mean that's who she is! In all the drama and the upcoming spoilers, CVs have spoiled and butchered Shagun's character as well. When I started watching the show, I had a lot of expectations from her character, but I've been very badly disappointed (Maybe this deserves another post 😆 )
The story these days is interesting and gripping, that even with OLVs and stupid spoilers floating around, I look forward to the episode every day. This is what the writers of this show are capable of 👏 👏 Sad they undermine their own talent 😭 😆
