How YHM brought me back to IF after 5 years!

I'm an old IFian, used to be mad about a show years ago. When the show ended, my association with IF as well as TV shows also ended (more or less). But YHM brought me back to IF and how! I have been a silent member of the forum for almost 2 months now, trying very hard not to get into any discussions because I know how addictive it can get, but alas, couldn't stay away.

As I said, I've been stalking here for a long time. You guys amaze me! 👍🏼 The in-depth discussions on the plot, characterisations, hidden meanings / symbolism behind the scenes, GIFs, and to add to that brilliant fictional stories - all OSes, SSes, FFs and Mini Shots. The amount of creative talent this forum has, I haven't seen it in a long time. So first of all, hats off to you all! 👏👏👏

Coming to YHM, the show, because of I which I came back on the forum 😆 I don't even remember when did I get hooked, but before I knew it, I had watched all episodes from the beginning, was devouring through the dissections and stories here, and began looking forward to daily live updates, discussions, collages and what not 😆 Pretty much similar to how Puttar fell for biwi, but only realised it when she landed up in the hospital during the Mani track 😆 (Btw I love the names you forum-waasis have given to Raman & Ishita - Puttar & Biwi )

I remember seeing the promo the first time it aired (because my mom is still a daily soap junkie 😆), and I was VERY skeptical. I didn't know much about KP back then, but was under the impression that this guy from Kasturi couldn't act, and DT, not much of a fan either. But going through the entire show, all episodes now, I'm bowled over by their acting skills. How effortlessly and convincingly they have portrayed Raman & Ishita is beyond my understanding 👏👏👏 👏

Although the reason I became a whole-hearted YHM fan is not just because of these two. The entire cast is superb. I've never seen such a strong ensemble, where everyone is just perfect in his / her character, with all the flaws 👏👏 Plus the plot - of a divorced man & an infertile woman.

Time and again, YHM, like all other shows, has bowed down to the TRP audience, but then once in a while something brilliant, like the current family MU track comes up and it goes a notch up in content. Whatever is being shown these days is so realistic, so relatable, even Rinki 😆 I know she's acting in a bitchy manner, but her triggers were all set off well.

About the people here at YHM forum, what more can I say! I'm in awe of all of you 😳 Because I've been stalking silently (😆😆), I've come to know about some of your names from the conversations here 😆😆. Hope you won't mind me calling you directly by your names next time 😛
