Sorry for the late review. Dell held me down. It's finally done.
And here is your review.
People aren't scared of the dark...they are scared of what's in it.
People aren't scared of death...they are scared of where they will go after dying.
You always have fear of the unknown.
^^^^^
These lines. Exquisite and absolutely true. Kudos to you kid. I love the way your writing shows your deep understanding of things and sends a shiver down my spine. Those words are real. I've felt them and so has everyone else, everywhere in the word. That is what makes these words so powerful.

Vidushi forgot all about Parth's strong push when she saw her old scar.
Discarded memories came rushing back to her mind...painful, traumatic memories.
FLASHBACK...14 years ago, in London, United Kingdom
A little girl who was 10 years of age was riding on a giant wheel with her little sister, who was two years younger. They were both having a wonderful time. The sisters shared a strong bond and loved each other a lot. Their mother was taking pictures of them.
Everything was going fine...until that fateful moment.
Suddenly, a technical error made the giant wheel jolt, and the younger sister fell from the ride. The elder one held on tightly to her sister's hand to keep her from falling down. A rescue team was called to rescue them.
The elder sister tried her best to get her beloved sister back up.
But then...she realised she couldn't save her sister without getting killed herself, as the ride could not take her weight for much longer, and if she tried to pull her sister up, both of them would get killed.
She looked into her little sister's eyes, which were full of fear, begging her to save her life.
She slowly felt her heart breaking as she made the toughest decision of her life.
It would be better for one sister to survive than for both to die.
She let go of her sister's hand.
As she fell to her death, Meera shouted, "Vidushi didi!"
FLASHBACK ENDS
"Meera!" Vidushi screamed. Her eyes filled with tears. She started shivering, screaming and crying.
"I killed my sister...killed...killed her...I- I- couldn't save her..." she said, sobbing.
"Vidushi didi," she heard her sister's voice.
She turned and saw Meera. Cute, sweet Meera who was still as innocent and lovable as she was when she was alive. She smiled at Vidushi.
Vidushi smiled through her tears. "I've missed you, Meera. I've missed you so much!" She started sobbing again, and apologized. "I am so sorry. I am so sorry!"
Meera's smile turned to a sad face. A tear fell from her eyes. "Why didn't you save me, didi? I was so scared. I wanted to stay with you and mom. Why did you let go?" Saying this, she disappeared into the shadows.
"Meera, don't leave! Please don't go!" Vidushi desperately cried.
Realising that all she had seen was a hallucination, she fell to her knees and cried uncontrollably.
"I didn't want to but I had to!!"
She continued to wail and cry her heart out.

This whole part had me like "Why do you do this to me, my eyes are leaking dammit"
I love the creative, painful expression there, the way it is put, simple yet seamless. The simplicity only adds to the power of the situations and the emotions Vidushi went through. And with that, you have revealed another layer to the character, showed us another side of her. Which is something you always want to do, give the reader a reason to care about the character. The question "So what?" has not been allowed to form in my head simply because of the strong emotions of guilt and anguish that you have conveyed through this chapter. From me, consider this a serious compliment. I rarely, very rarely tend to feel empathy for a character with a traumatic past (yesh, I am a cold person) But you have managed to do what many published and "successful" writers cannot do. You have made me care. Now I'm certain you can even make me care about Sanyukta (or rather, you can try). I'm proud of you girl!

Parth entered the grand ballroom of the 7 star hotel the party was being held in.
He bumped into a girl wearing a blue cocktail dress.
"Sorry," she said. Her voice sounded very familiar. Parth saw her face and was shocked!
"Natasha!" he exclaimed.
She looked back at him with wide eyes and replied, "Oh...Parth. Um...hi. Long time."
There was awkward silence for a moment.
They walked to the bar and sat down. Attempting to break the awkward silence which had set in, Natasha asked, "So...how's life?"
Parth sighed and replied, "Normal. Ups and downs and all."
"Your new girlfriend is pretty," she smiled and said. "Yes," He replied. "Her name is Vidushi. She is a really nice girl, but ever since she has entered my life, something wrong has been happening at work..." Parth stopped speaking as he reflected on what he had just said.
^^^
Let me remind you again, anyone that comes between Vidarth has a special spot in hell reserved for them by yours truly. But I've got to give it to Natasha. She knows Vids is prettier.
But Parth starting to speculate here is good.
Complicates things.
Was this just a coincidence? Or could it be something more?
Natasha broke his trail of thought by showing him her engagement ring. It was a beautiful solitaire set in a white-gold base, with a princess cut. 22 carats.
"Wow! You're getting married. Congratulations!" he said. She just smiled.
"So...love or arranged?" he asked.
"What do you think?" she answered with a mirthless smile.
The question pinched him a little.
She sighed and said, "Don't worry, Parth. I don't have any time for love. Even my marriage is more like a business alliance."
He smiled and said, "I wish you all the best in life." She grinned and thanked him. "I want you to come. You can bring Vidushi too. I will send you the card soon."
He looked at his watch and said, "I should leave now. Have to be back home."
He and Natasha hugged briefly and she bid goodbye to him.
He left for his house, not prepared at all for the sight that awaited him at home.
