Dhruv Bhandari surprised by sober fan' on birthday
Dhruv Bhandari, who plays Mantu in Tere Sheher Mein, recently got a pleasant surprise on his birthday.
Since he prefers celebrating his birthday with his friends and family, he had applied for a day's leave months in advance. On his birthday, Dhruv got a call from the production people, who told him that a female fan was on the sets to meet him. The actor requested production to ask her to come the next day, but when he was told she had travelled all the way from Rajasthan just to wish him on his birthday, he immediately drove down to the sets to meet her.

To his surprise, she wasn't a 'crazy fan', but a 'sober' one. "When I saw her, she smiled at me, walked up to me and gave me a rose as she wished me. Then she said she will leave as she was feeling shy, and before I could say anything, she was gone. It was merely a 30-second interaction. It's not every day one gets to meet such a sober fan," Dhruv said.
