I know I have a pending FF/SS to be updated but this track has been bothering me so much so I wanted to pen it down. This track is finished in YHM but here is my take on how I wanted it be aired.
IshRa - Parents/Partners OS
IshRa were fighting due to the fact that Ishita installed nanny cam on Adi room. Raman was scolding Ishita that she was treating his son as a common criminal. Ishita told him that she was Adi mom and she wanted to him to be safe. Raman said to her he is my son you are not his mom. Ishita was hurt by his words but asked am I not good mother. Raman replied to her forget being a good mother you are not even a mother as soon as the words slipped out of Raman mouth he realized his mistake and looked at her with anguish in his eyes for hurting her in the most brutal ways.
Ishita was fighting him but as soon as she heard same words people use to taunt her with from Raman mouth she lost all the ability to fight her body went numb. Her eyes were devoid of any emotions she just could not take it anymore she turned and walked out of the house without hearing Toshjii or Raman calling her.
Toshjii scolded Raman for his careless words but Raman was saying ma I didn't mean any of it. I was angry with her that she placed nanny cam in our son bedroom but until the words slipped out I did not realize that I would be telling her that. Toshjii says now go and pacify her.
Raman walks to the Iyers house causally looking for Ishita but when he could not see her anywhere in the near vicinity he asks Mihika where your akka is to that Mihika replies she didn't come here.
Raman is more worried about Ishita now as he can hear thunder rumbling outside. He calls Bala enquiring about how Vandita is doing but the main purpose of his call is to find whether Ishita is there but when Bala asked to talk to Ishita Raman realized that she is not there but gives an excuse to Bala that she is at work and he will definitely ask her to call when she gets back and cuts the call by the time rain is pouring like cats and dogs outside. Raman is really worried about his JKR and takes an umbrella to go looking for her.
Ishita is walking aimlessly as Raman words keep repeating for her that she is not a mother. She did not realize the thunder or the rain pouring down. She walks to the same park where she takes Ruhi to play she sits on the bench on thinks about all the things which happened this day.
Ishita realizes that Raman was right in pointing out that she treated Adi as a criminal instead of a kid at the same time realized Raman was correct in telling her that she is not a mother because no mother in her right mind would install on a camera on their kids room but the words from Raman had opened wounds which she thought was healed but realized only today that it did not heal but got buried deep because of his love but once again surfaced because of him. She decided to apologize to Adi and Raman for her mistake once she made up her mind she walked back home but the words spoken by Subbu, Subbu mom and numerous others who told her she is incomplete women without a kid and Raman words that you are not a mother leave alone being a good one kept repeating in her mind she was unaware of where she was going but her legs out of practice was taking her back home.
When Raman was about to go out looking for her he saw her come inside the house fully drenched walking like a zombie without realizing what is happening around her. She did not even see Raman standing outside the door. She walked inside her house with Raman trailing behind. Toshjii saw her first and asked what happened to her but she did not reply to her also. Toshjii shook her she came out of the trance she looked at Toshjii with anguished eyes. When Toshjii touched her cheeks she breaks down literally hugging her tightly and crying on her shoulders.
When Raman sees this he is ridden with guilt as he knew he is the reason for her despair. Toshjii takes her to the room asks her to change her dress as she is completely soaked. Ishita like a robot does what Toshjii wants she changes into her night clothes and stands in the middle of the room but the words keep repeating itself in her head that she is not a mother and not allowing her to function properly. Toshjii slowly moves her towards the bed makes her lie down and slowly strokes her head she falls into a restless sleep with Toshjii cares.
Raman is watching everything standing on the side with guilt on his face seeing her like this. Once Ishita sleeps Toshjii marches towards Raman and says to him I know you did not mean what you said but her wound is deep try to heal her we all can give her comfort but you are the only one who can heal her so saying she went out of the room caressing his head and praying to Mata Rani to bring happiness to her children.
Raman slowly moves towards the bed Ishita is fidgeting in the bed as the words keep repeating at her. Raman lies next to her and places her head on his chest hugs her protectively shedding tears which he held them at bay so that no one sees it for her state of despair. Ishita cuddles into him more and finds the solace she was searching for her mind voice gets rest and she sleeps peacefully on her hubby chest.
In the morning Ishita gets up to see that she is sleeping in Raman protective embrace she slowly gets out of it without waking up Raman. She gets ready and goes to Adi room there she sees Adi who was sleeping but when she went near him she saw that his pillow was soaked wet. She smiles at the similarities of both father and son who cries are only too been seen by the pillow. She caress his forehead and thinks how much she have hurted him by her actions without thinking through the consequences.
Adi stirs from sleep hearing noise in his room and sees that Ishita is waiting for him to wake up. Ishita asks Adi to get ready and once he finished breakfast she took him back to his room. She made him sit on the bed takes his hand on hers and says to him Adi I am really sorry for placing the nanny cam on your room. Adi is surprised by Ishita apology he says to her there is no need for that as she is his mother she has every right on him but he was sad to see that she didn't trust him.
Ishita hugs him and says to him it is not that I don't trust you I was afraid for you that you should not go in bad ways. I didn't know how to go about it as I got a kid who is a pre-teen suddenly in a matter of days I didn't know how to handle it but realized that I was wrong as your father pointed out to me so if you can please forgive me as I am also learning to be parent I will be happy if you forgave me.
Adi says to her Ishima don't say sorry and make me a stranger. I am always your son but please I do have a request can you scold me when my friends are not there to hear it because it is very embarrassing for me to be scolded like a kid in front of them. Ishita smiles and says done deal and shakes hand with him and hugs him tight to her laughing and crying at the same time on both their faces that is how Raman found them.
Raman comes inside the room Ishita seeing him leaves the room. Raman sits beside Adi and hugs him. Adi immediately says to him that he was surprised to Ishima saying sorry to him for the mistake she committed he is glad to know that she placed the nanny cam in his room out of worry for him and not because she did not trust him. Raman listens patiently to Adi and then tells him that his Ishima is overprotective of every person she loves. Raman says to him that he should always listen to her as she is his well-wisher. Adi happily obliges to him and like the child he is he is planning for what he is going to today totally forgetting about yesterday incident.
Raman comes to their room he sees Ishita waiting for him. He goes to her to apologize for his words but before he could say anything Ishita apologize to him saying that she is sorry that she placed nanny cam on his kid's bedroom. He was right in saying she is not a mother because no mother in would do that to her children and tries to go out of the room but Raman stops her holding her hand. Raman says to her Ishita I am sorry for saying that you are not a mother you know me well when I am in anger anything comes out of mouth. I did not mean anything which I said you are the best mother our kids can have I am really sorry for speaking like that.
Ishita is glad hearing him say that he did not mean it but the words opened the wounds which she thought was healed and she was finding it difficult to close them just then she got a call from the Bala saying that Vandu was admitted in the hospital. They rush to hospital to hear the news that Vandu delivered a baby girl. Everyone was happy hearing the news that both mom and baby were healthy.
When Ishita went to pick up the baby Subbu mom again taunted her saying that she can hold only other babies as she is not capable for giving birth which added salt to her already opened wound she had tears pooled in her eyes seeing the tears in her eyes made Subbu mom happy because she didn't like the fact that Ishita was happy after leaving her Subbu. Raman also entered the room at the same time and heard what Subbu mom told to his Ishita he got very angry but controlled his emotions and went straight to his wife took the baby from Ishita hand and placed it near Vandu and took hold of her hands in a tight grip looked at Subbu mom and told her how can you say she didn't give birth. She has given birth to two of their children.
Subbu mom didn't want to lose face so she says to him you can think her to be a mother but the truth is she will always be a step-mom as Shagun gave birth to them. Raman says yeah that may be true but Shagun and my kids died the day Shagun left them to die in the fire during the earthquake. The kids you see here are our kids Ishita gave birth to them putting her life in danger that is what a mother does she puts her life at risk to give birth to kids that what my Ishita did so she is their only mother from that day onwards.
Ishita is crying silently hearing these words from Raman the wounds which were open was starting to heal once again with his love and care. Raman wipes the tears from her face and tells to her don't cry for these things I know who is the mother of our kids and our kids know as well who is there mother you don't have to prove to anyone that you are mother so saying he takes her out of the room.
Bala is annoyed with his mom and scolds her saying you cannot enjoy one happy occasion without taunting Ishita who has moved away from your life and rushes to see Ishita but he sees IshRa sitting on the bench with Ishita placing his head on Raman shoulders and crying and Raman pacifying her saying that don't take these into your heart you know that you have a chance of becoming a mother from the report my friend gave me. Bala is happy to hear that but did not want to disturb the couple so he moved away from them.
Ishita says to him Raman you are the only person who gives me so much to grief but at the same time you also know how to heal me and give me immense happiness as well. I am so lucky to have you as my husband I love you so much. Raman says to her my pagal madrasan I love you more my life is never dull with you around to spice it up either by your samj sevak attitude or bewakoof antics regarding our children.
They both tease each other with their noh-jhok and their lives moves on.
