omfg Anu...ur story ...ur kidding ?...my name was sreelakshmi...but when i was in 1st grade...i met a girl named sreelakshmi and i grew very angry that she had my name ...and i began saying that i want to change my name to lakshmi...evryone used to call me lachu/lakshmi...my parents payed no heed to my pestering but they had to give in when my grandma bashed them for making me cry so much😆...finally i got my name changed to lakshmi

sadly enough 10 yrs later when i joined 11th class..there were 2 other lakshmis in my class and 1 more in the other batch...my parents teased me so much and u can imagine my plight😆

And lakshmi I totally undrrstanf u .lol. My name in my birth certificate was actually "diksha" but everyone at home called me "Deeksha" n mom used to write that spelling too..so I got used to it..n even in exam papers I used to spell my name Deeksha n used to blast d class monitors when they spelled it wrong when writing my name on d board.. Finally before my 10tg boards I was hell annoyed n made mom change d spelling in d birth certificate😆 it was so silly . but yeah I don't like when someone else has the same name as me too :p
