Yes, we understand that not everything can be shown in 22 minutes.. Not every episode can be KaYalicious.. And not everyday can Santa visit us with early Christmas presents..
Sometimes things are better left to imagination..
All of that said and done, I really feel tonight the editing was jerky.. Quite a lot of scenes were ended abruptly..
For starters, the very first one when Madhavnath moves away, and Ananya steps towards Kabir, worried, to take a look at his bleeding wound.
It could have ended really differently, and no, this ain't the fangirl in me speaking..
RK and Kritika are a delight to watch, when together! KaYa are stepping into a comfortable space with each other.. So why skip such an important scene?
The second one being, when she wakes up with her head on his shoulder..
Fiine, I'm being a fangirl here..
What happened to the Grandma glasses? How did they come off? Did they drop on their own, or did Mr. Sharma take them off? 😉
Oh well, why didn't he just smash them!
Anyhow.. That's a different story..
Having said that, I'm probably going to eat my own words now.. These guys haven't disappointed us so far and by the looks of it, they won't.. Or, if we get a flashback of those moments later, that'd be the icing on the cake!
But unfinished scenes and jerky editing does leave a sour taste in the mouth sometimes..
