Arnav and Khushi, two star crossed Lover. Two bodies having one soul, their meeting was inevitable, so was their Love.

Arnav thought as he caressed their photo, Khushi laughing freely in his arms, her eyes gleaming with happiness. It was her birthday's picture, he still remember that night, the surprise, the bold new Avatar of Khushi which surprised him.

They both were living happily in their small world, content with their life. His Khushi had shown him another side of life, breaking the walls around him from years. With her, he actually started believing that he can also live his life happily and started believing in Love. Then why everything changed?

Again it's her birthday, he remember her last birthday, how happy they were, he had planned a birthday surprise for her, surprised her wishing her birthday at 12 in midnight. When she had cut the cake holding his hand, her eyes shining with happiness but tears followed, she laughed and named them tears of happiness as Laad Governer has turned so romantic, he had blushed that time and she succeeded in hiding her real emotions.

While feeding him cake, she clutched him tightly, kissing deeply on his lips. He was surprised but as well happy with her boldness and reciprocated the kiss with equal favour.

Those exotic orbs gazed at me with so much need and passion as they traced my every feature like first time. Hazel orbs flickers with emotion unfathomable, need bare in them, sends chill down my spine. Anticipation, thrill, ran through my veins, filling my blood with overwhelming emotion to fulfill her every need, every wish and Love her till eternity.

I groaned as she bit onto her lower lip in most sensual way unknown to her as her eyes traced my moved down from my eyes to Lips. Her hands resting on my bare chest from the few open buttons which she undid when we kissed and drawing waves and circles on it. The feeling of her fingers grazing my bare skin made me gulp and my throat went dry still I managed to ask , "What?" as she continued to look at me expectantly.

She smirked and answered "You know what I want Laad Governer" she said slowly making garland around my neck with her hands, gazing at my face which was probably lustful.

I looked at her irritated for using that name at this moment, whereas she only laughed, amused with my expressions but I stood same like before with little smile playing on my lips but eyes stayed on her smiling face. She also stopped laughing looking at my expressions and stepped closer, my eyelids fell heavy as her fingers rubbed the hair on my neck and her head dipped between my neck and shoulder. Her lips traced my warm flesh there delicately, like I would fall which was somewhere true as I would have crumbled with her sensual torture.

My hands squeezed the side of her waist as I leaned into her, and let out a satisfied sigh, eyes closed in pleasure and it seemed to push her shyness, hesitation go away as what followed after that even surprised me.

She kissed my skin hungrily, moving from neck to jaw, to my shoulder, removing my shirt to my chest. Tasting, savoring, lovingly, tenderly, and with need which was consuming me, driving me somewhere beyond this world.

Whatever followed later was almost the most purest and Loving emotion of nature.

Shedding of clothes.

Hands caressing the warm skin of each other.

Moans and groans filling in the atmosphere.

Rustling of sheets.

Loving each other like never before.

Every response and needy gestures from her was just driving me wild.

I fell upon her tired as we regained our breathing, I heard her whisper against my ear as my face rested in the crook of her neck.

"I Love You"

I looked at her surprised as this is first time she is herself saying it, not replying shyly to my confession. She looked at me with through her half lidded eyes, tear drops shining on corner of her eyes , smiling through her bruised lips from all those rough, hungry kisses, alongwith all the marks on her pale white skin I had left while devouring her.

"I Love you too"

I replied wiping the tear drops from the corner of her eyesas closed her eyes smiling at me. I Love the way she looks after we are done with making love, he heaving chest, irregular breathing, swollen lips and marked by my rough kisses and nipping. Looking at the just the picture she makes laying beneath me makes me want to love her again and again. If I could I would never let her go and have my with her till eternity.

I sighed as I thought what meaning my life had before Khushi? I was just living like a robot, having no emotions just working not caring about anyone. I had never imagined a life filled with Love and with someone so wonderful like her beside me to hold me. I don't know what coming life has in store for me but all I wish to have her beside me.

I muttered again before sleeping myself, cuddling her soft body to mine.

Next day started with bang as all the family and friends started showering Khushi with all the wishes, gifts and blessings. We visited the orphanage distributing the gifts to the kids as Khushi wished and there was the Kid who took so many snaps of ours with them and one of them was only theirs when Khushi was laughing in his arms.

Grand Party was organized that night, as Khushi wished to meet everyone she knew and he was more than happy to fulfill her wish as she hardly demands anything. As Khushi enjoyed with everyone happily, smiling,laughing in between, no one noticed but him the tears she was trying to hide.

Suddenly everything started feeling bad, unknown fear start to grip him as he held Khushi close to himself and left for their room, hearing nothing of her blabber.

Arnav: What is it? I asked as soon as we reached inside our room.

Khushi(averted eyes): What? And why you pulled me here? I was enjoying so much.

Arnav: Khushi. Shut up! I am not stupid, I can see how much you were enjoying but I can also see you're hiding something behind your smile.

Khushi: It's your illusion Arnav ji. I sm not hiding anything, I was so overwhelmed that tears came in my eyes.

Arnav(irritated): Khushi stop lying and spill the beans. She jumped scared of my loud voice as now I hardly use this voice especially with her.

Arnav(cupping her cheeks): Khushi! Love please tell me, something is not right, I can feel it here, he said signing towards his heart and Khushi sobbed.

Arnav: Khushi I am feeling some unknown fear creeping inside me, a fear of emptiness and losing something dear to me. Khushi only you can fill this emptiness you know. Please tell me Khushi, what is making you sad?

Khushi: I am Sorry!

Arnav: Sorry? Why? What happened?

Khushi (hugging him): I am sorry! I am sorry for hiding something so important for you but I wanted us to live happily, I didn't wanted to make everyone especially you sad thinking what future held.

Arnav: Khushi! You're scaring me now. Please tell me!

Khushi(crying): I am dying Arnav ji. I don't have much time.

Arnav's hand fell on his sides as he stumbled back.

Khushi: I wanted to tell you earlier but I didn't wanted to spoil the new happiness we've got. I wanted to enjoy every moment I can with you and them before dying rather then living in fear also let you live in fear.

Arnav: Shut up!

Shut the hell up Dammit!

Arnav: Khushi look this is not the good way of playing prank.

Khushi: I am not playing prank Arnav ji. She walked closer to him and holding his hand walked to poolside. Khushi made him sit beside her and rested her head on his shoulder.

Khushi: At the time of my delivery, I had some complications, my body went through some internal damage. Doctors tried the best treatment when they kept me in hospital more than required after my delivery on the name of weakness. I stopped them from telling you anything you're so happy being the proud father and whole family was rejoicing the happiness. I didn't wanted my kids to be welcomed in sadness. They deserved the grand and happy welcome.

Khushi: Dejected, doctor told me after all the treatment I still can't live much few months or years.

Arnav: Khushi Stop! Nothing will happen to you.

Khushi: Arnav ji it's inevitable.

Please let me complete.

Khushi: I decided to live this few months to fullest taking care of my babies, loving you. Cherishing every moment before I die.

I knew if I told you, your wouldn't be the same, sadness will prevail and I don't wanted it for my Kids and family and YOU.

Khushi: If I have to die, I want to bid farewell while smiling. Satisfied that all are happy and my kids are safe and sound.

Arnav: No! Khushi please I wouldn't be able to live without you.

Khushi: shhh Don't say that! You have to Live for Me, for our babies. You have reason to Live.

You have to take care of our Love. Our babies needs you Arnav ji, You have to give them Love of both their father and mother.

Arnav(stammering): I... I can't .. I can't Khushi.

Please don't do this to me. I need you, and our babies! They also need you. They are so small Khushi they need their mother more then me.

Khushi(smiling): And therefore you have to become both for them.

I'll be always there with you, In your heart, in my babies, They both are our part.

Arnav: No! I can't do that. He got up saying this and was going to walk away when Khushi's voice stopped him.

Khushi: please Arnav ji! Wouldn't you complete my last wish? Plea... Ple.. Plea.. se.. her breathing started turning heavy and Arnav was on her side within a blink.

Arnav(crying): Khushi.. khushi.

Khushi(holding his hand): I am sorry Arnav ji, I have to go.

Arnav: No Khushi No. Akash... he shouted.

Arnav: Akash , NK... He shouted for everyone to take Khushi hospital when Khushi stopped him.

Khushi: No use Arnav Ji! There's no use, I just want to see my babies before I close my eyes, Please bring my babies here, she pleaded.

Till now all family has been gathered in their room, Anjali and Payal ran to bring the babies, trying to control their tears.

Khushi smiled as she caressed the head of their twins and dropped the kisses on their heads. Babies started crying as if understanding their mother is going away.

Khushi(looking at everyone): Please don't cry! Promise me Di, you'll look after Arnav ji and babies, Jiji (Payal) Promise me you'll love my kids like you have loved me, Payal cried unable to believe her baby sister is leaving, dying in front of her eyes and Mami held her crying herself.

Arnav: Kh.. khushi... he cried.

Khushi: I am sorry Arnav ji, I have to go but I'll be always there beside you, you just have to close your eyes and you'll find me with you. I'll always live within you, in my kids, in your hearts. I'll watch you from there, I'll shine with Mumma, Amma and Babu ji.

Arnav: NO Khushi Please "Kuch nahi hoga tumhe" (Nothing will happen to you)

Khushi(smiled): I Love You..

Arnav: I Love You too.. and she closed her eyes... For Forever..

Arnav(screamed): Khushiii...

After that he had locked himself within four walls of their room. He got to know from her doctor how she was living with the help of medicines from last year, while giving birth to twins, he body turned week and their there was internal damage at the time of operation. Her condition was really bad from the last week after they celebrated first birthday of their angels and doctor has told her, she don't have much time left, still she didn't told anything.

Now he understood her emotional turmoil on her birthday, her need when they made love.

He came out after almost a month because of Khushi's last wish, he knew Khushi was right, he needs to take care of their babies, give them Love of both father and Mother. His babies become his reason to Live, with time his daughter turned exact replica of Khushi having his eyes, so his Son had his Mother's(Khushi) eyes.

It has been years and he is trying his best to fulfill his promise to Khushi. His family tried initially but he never married again, he is enough for their children. He smiled as he looked at the shining stars and the most bright star twinkled at him.

"Papa"

Arnav heard voice of his daughter as she entered inside the room carrying the tray with cake on it. Yes! It's Khushi's birthday and it's their rule to always celebrate her birthday at 12am every year. He smiled looking at his son who followed his sister, he can see himself in his son, very possessive about her sister. He is another ASR for world but for family, he is always loving and caring and unlike him he believes in Love.

As we three cut the cake in front of Khushi's picture, I closed my eyes to see Khushi smiling at me. My daughter insisted me that she want to hear Love story of her parents. So he narrated them everything with a smile, how he met Khushi, how she fell into his arms from the ramp, how they met again in Delhi, how they came close during Payash marriage, their forced marriage, their remarriage, her pregnancy, their birth and the promise with which she left him with them.

Arnav: And that was it "Hamari Adhuri Kahaani".

Your mother was the most wonderful person I had ever known, she always lived for others, Loved them unconditionally and all I can do for her is fulfill her every wish and she has given me two wonderful reasons to Live even after she left.

Arnav looked at the star again as their children left the room, and started speaking.

Arnav: It's our daughter's wedding next week and Our son is already taking care of business and will be married till next year to his girlfriend. She is sweet girl, she'll take care of him.

Arnav: I am completing my promise Khushi and I'll come to you very soon after completing all my responsibilities. For everyone may be our Story is incomplete, for me it can never be incomplete.

"Happy Birthday Khushi"

Arnav: Very soon "Hamari Aduri Kahaani" will be completed. Till then Farewell my Love and he walked inside the room.

A Year Later

Aarav and Aashi looked at the two bright stars as tears filled their eyes remembering their parents. Yesterday their father also left this world, fulfilling his every promise to their mother, he bid farewell to this world. When yesterday Aarav has returned from his honeymoon, Arnav had kept forward his wish to spend some time his kids. So they had spent night remembering their old memories, hearing their mother crazy antics , laughing, teasing and enjoying their time together. They left Arnav's room in early morning when he said he wants to sleep and kissed their forehead, blessing them.

When servant informed that Saab is not responding to any knock when he took his coffee to room, they all had rushed inside to see him sleeping with smile holding Khushi's last birthday photo and when tried to wake him up, they got the shock as he had slept for Forever.

Holding the hands of their partners, both the siblings narrated the eternal Love story of their parents as stars blinked above blessing them.

Arnav smiled at Khushi as they both looked down at their childrens, Arnav has completed his promise and now as he has promised he is with Khushi and their story has been completed. They were made for each other by destiny still parted by Destiny but the sacred love they had each other made them meet in beyond the world to never part again.

Aarav and Aashi bid them farewell with smiling face, happy that their parents are together now and closed the door behind them where Arnav and Khushi lived, their Love lived for Forever.
