This weekend was a disappointment. I was remembering how I waited for saturdays during the last month just to see ZW.

And then suddenly I saw that article which said that ZW was ending and I was like "After IPKKND this is the first show I liked so much and this too is ending" I was filled with an emptiness knowing that I wouldnt have anything to look forward to

And then came the weekend episodes of Zindagi Wins

Where Veer's character took a nose dive for the worst.He was rude arrogant and had a horrible bedside manner and yet he was caring and protective but didnt know to show his good side.. Then he feel in love and did each and everything that his character just shouldnt do..

CV's intent: To show that Veer is in love

Result: Veer looks like a schizophrenic patient that needs urgent attention of a physiatrist..

Aliya's character was screwed the moment she got her heart broken.. or else watch the beginning episodes- that Aliya who used to wear a worn out blue kurti because it was her lucky kurti and she hated finding different clothes to wear the first thing in the morning. That Aliya who was such a happy go lucky person..

Cvs Intent: To show how emotions break out due to heartbreak of a person who thinks from heart.

Result: A person who would give all the dukhi aatmas (miserable souls) of the world a run for their money

Ishaan : The cool psychiatrist.. who was calm, charming, very caring and brilliant.. He seemed to be a person to read peoples minds but love seemed to take away all his telepathic abilities. Suddenly he was spending the night with Malvika and yet stalking Aliya and picking up fights for Aliya.. and if that wasnt enough, he kept his girlfriend who has trust issues on a stand by and went chasing the best friend he is in love with. Atleast have the decency to break up with Malvika before going on the merry go round with Aliya

Intent: To let audiences know that Ishaan realizes his love for Aliya when he sees her with Veer..

Result: Audiences wondering what happens when the only psychiatrist of life beat wants treatment himself?

Malvika: The cool sophisticated perfectionist fashionista who has built walls around her heart that no one could get close enough to break it.

Intent; To show how love throws cool logic out of the window and how her daddy issues ruled her in becoming the person she is

Result: Malvika as a clingy whiny fishwife whose insecurities are so big that they are visible from outer space..

Alishaan: The friendship everyone dreams of having. Their bonding, the way they solved cases together, the way they took care of each other.. and then after around 10 episodes, love happened- Aliya with Ishaan and Ishaan with Malvika and the friendship was drowned in Aliyas tears

Intent: To show the concept of MOVING ON in FRIENDSHIP

Result: Viewers go "Hain??? This concept makes as much sense as a one year olds drawing"

Veeya: Who with their amazing scene execution had the fan base divided, Their scenes had viewers waiting for more.. Ishaan jealousy was a treat to watch and Veeya scenes were just smoking hot..

Intent: Too retain the mystery about the pairing by bringing a very charming Veer..

Result: Since when did charming Veer turn into a creepy touchy Veer??

First it was a blow to me that the show is ending but I guess if the show is headed this way then I would have stopped watching it anyway.. And this is good.. Atleast we can take the memories of how good the show was when it began

If you dont believe me, watch the initial episodes again and you will realize exactly why you fell in love with Zindagi wins

Well I'm irritated enough to stop watching it too but I guess I will be completing the show because

1. It has just another 6 episodes remaining

2. I loved this show from the beginning and for that sake I want to complete it..

3. There is nothing else, interesting enough to replace it.

4. The actors were good specially Abigail, saraa and Kiran

I want to request you not to leave the show/ forum because I liked your posts because you reflected my feelings in them but I know the CVs have ruined the show so much that it would be unfair to ask any ex ZW fan to hold on

But yea if you can stay on the forum for a while.. its just 6 episodes and if the articles are anything to go by, it is 4 more episodes because the articles say that show is ending on 31st.

That is the sweetest thing anyone has said to me online, it means a lot. And I guess yeah when Saturday comes I might just watch the episode..since its ending anyway..

My exams just got over and I will definely keep following the forum, you've convinced me :')

I am yet to watch this weekend's episodes. I just couldn't. I told myself that I will watch it to decide if I should continue or not..but then I decided that this show is not going to anywhere anyway. Sigh. Such a beautiful show..they ruined it. What irks me further is that this was always planned to be a finite show yet they ruined it this way with such stupidity.

I am too shocked to write anything. from the weekend i am trying to fig out how they managed to ruin every character. too many questions comes to my mind, is it trp game that changed everything? Is it coz they were hoping they will get an extension from the 26/28 episodes and they can gave a good start but now has to shut Down so hurrying Things?

Malvika said, when time comes she will do something big for Aaliya, giving us a hint that she will sacrifice Ishaan for Aaloo, does that mean they will turn Veer negative? when he heard that Major Akthar's case will be reopened, I didnt like his expression, it was as if he's hinding something, he is worried about the result.It makes me Wonder, Is it Veer WHO is holding Major saab captive to get some vital info and now using his daughter(his weakness)?

I just hope they dont ruin the show anymore than they already did.

I mentioned the same thing in another post.. and even I noticed the weird expression on Veers face.. I too hope they dont ruin the show more than they already have

well actually finite series are also at least last for 50 to 60 episodes , so dont know how and why they are ending so soon??? i think they screwed this show just bcos they has made up their mind that they want to end it that is why such a rushed up effect.
