just consider it another blooper because as far as i know to withdraw or transfer money from joint account u require signature or persmission from all account holders not just one.
in this case money is being transferred without bani's permision and AD might have used durga fake signature so she can sue AD only if she can find his whereabouts 😃 and i think it should not be hard aswell because bani lived with AD in usa with her for last 5 years 😃

from cards u cnt withdraw a heavy amount and even in uk to withdraw more than 1,000 u need to show ur identity and have to go to bank on ur own so for joint account u require both account holders identity and signature.
