Actress Mallika Sherawat has apparently auditioned for the role of Aamir Khan's wife in sports movieDangal and she's said on Twitter that 'she'd love to be' in the movie:

Dangal will tell the story of wrestler Mahavir Phogat, played by Aamir, and his daughters Geeta and Babita, currently among India's most celebrated women wrestlers. Names like Kangana Ranaut and Taapsee Pannu were being bandied about to play Geeta and Babita Phogat butMumbai Mirror reports that two little known actresses - Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra - have been cast instead.

We don't know who Mallika's competition is for the role of Mrs Phogat.

She's not the only one who wants to be in the film. Eddie Hall, 'Britain's Strongest Man' and Amitabh Bachchan fan, also wants a role. "I like to be a winner. But I am ready to be defeated by the stars of Bollywood, if it provides entertainment to billions," Eddie told news agency IANS. (Also Read:Britain's Strongest Man Seeks Role in Aamir Khan's Dangal)

Meanwhile, 50-year-old Aamir Khan has put on 22 kilos to play Mahavir Phogat. He's also perfecting the Haryanvi accent.

Dangal begins shooting in a month or two.

This movie will underperform at the boxoffice just like Talaash and people will get to know the real aukat of Tingu. His last two movies were such big hits because Dhoom is the biggest Franchise of Bollywood and P.K had Raju Hirani factor. This movie will prove the other two khans are way ahead of Tingu..

dhoom.yes franchise. thats what we all said.

and aamir proved us wrong with PK.

What raju hirani factor? Raju hirani has previously given 300cr movies? really?? they make interesting films but they dont make 300 cr films. last they earned was with 3 idiots and now with pk. Common factor? Aamir Khan😛

PK was a wonderful film. the freshness and Aamirs acting made people buy tickets.

What was Ghagni and then 3 Idiots?? Before Hirani was even a thing??

Apply some of that Burnol, will you?? And while you are at it buy some more (in ample amount might I add seeing the level of hurt)as well. You will need it by the time Dangal comes out.😊

and we all knw aukat of Bakra at the BO...needs Rohit Shetty to get into 200 crs club...saw how good HNY's collections were after such an opening 😆...
