Ajay is a brilliant actor but he doesn't do good movies anymore
SRK is a great actor
Akshay is a good actor

For me SRK
he can act when he wants e,g, CDI and Swadesh
Ajay has ruined itself with mindless comedy, don't like him any more
Akshay is very versatile and hardworking
But not at par with both SRK and Ajay talent wise

Akshay. He pull off almost any kibd of role be it comedy, action, drama, romance, masala etc... Only second to Aamir in diversity from the current crop.

Plus he is effortless at comedy, one of the hardest things to do and by far the hardest in BW( rarely you see great comedy movies coming out).

Hera Pheri, OMG, Special 26, Baby etc... Akshay excelled in all those. And I am glad to see him finally pucking up good scripts (Airlift and Brothers look fantastic)

Ajay would be second. Of late he has done zilch though. Some of the crapiest movies you will ever see.

Shahrukh will be third. He has only excelled at romance and Masala( which anyone can do frankly). Found wanting in everything else he has done.

Oh I forgot CDI and Swades. Shahrukh is good as drama as well but those are few and far b/w. Goes way over the top in most cases.

Ajay's versatile and his greatest strength are his expressing through eyes, command over language, clear diction and superior voice modulation. His only weakness is that he is bad dancer, nothing else. Intense drama, comedy, romance, action, stunts etc he pulls off every genre well.

Akshay has looks, fitness, dances well, is superb at action and has impeccable comic timing. But kind of underwhelming in intense roles and his voice modulation is nothing to talk of.

SRK excels at romance and drama but his comic timing and attempts at action are nothing much to talk of. He often hams and his voice, dialogue delivery are again not much worth discussing, though he has improved a lot since previous decade.
