How is 'Viraj' a different character? Care to explain.

So I have been a silent member of the forum since Kabir's entry in the show and I used to follow the show before VSR's entry.

I came across many posts stating that Viraj was a diferent character. Never seen on Indian Television types. But I don't get it. How is he different from the usual angry male-disturbed past-well groomed-but no respect for the female lead types?
Please explain to me if I have missed some point.

*And to those who would say that I am a Nibir fan, let me say that I was a regular follower of NAUC before Viraj entered the show. I used to love everything about it. The cousin bonding, the family dynamics and obviously Nisha's charcter were the reasons I watched the show. But as soon as they started the usual boring love track for Miss Nisha and Viraj Sir I stopped watching the show. And I came back after I read about Kabir and his character. And I liked the fresh approach towards the moving on aspect of a relationship that the CVs showed initially (but the Contract Marrige track is not my type but still better than the usual love story we see on Indian shows). Yeah I love Nibir and the cousins. I love the family. But I fail to understand how is Viraj different from:
1.ASR
2.Maan Singh Khurrana
3. Asad Ahmed Khan
4. Sahir Azim Choudhary and so on.

Exactlyy!!!That's the reason y i Never liked Viraj.He is similar to those already popular male leads.At least the Guys playing those characters r good actors but here acting is Average.I Never felt connected to VSR and his soo called painful past. 🥱

Dear...viraj is a unique character...let me tell you why...because did you ever seen a character who respects woman who is so polite so inspiring so positive even though viraj is a Prince he always behaved so normally with people and he respects every human being especially women...I had seen a lot of characters like ASR who don't have mom dad who he don't believe in family don't respect ladies...but here in this show viraj also lost everything he is all alone and his mom just left him still he loves her respects everyone...again viraj is really inspiring who always take everything positively like nothing's tough... These all factors make us to think viraj is a different character from all other serials...if you also want to feel it watch the show after viraj's entry... And then you will understand how much he helped nisha to get over from her pain just watch viraj from this angle then you will understand viraj's character is completely different dear...

I guess you didn't understand my question. I was asking about Viraj not Nibir.

Don't mind it but I would like to ask if pushing your true love's father polite? A gentleman should realise that no girl would tolerate her father being insulted.

I agree on the love part. I also think that Nisha had a huge crush on Viraj and he is now dealing wih a hurt ego and trying to make her his.

you didn't saw him...so i think you probably not understand about the character...but if you give me a chance then i can express...
