What is a POA?

I guess,

A power of attorney is a document that gives someone else the right to act as if they were you.

You can use a power of attorney to appoint someone to handle your affairs.

Most common uses of a power of attorney :
Financial decisions /property matters .
Generally POA is for a specific period of time, specific powers, general or for specific transactions etc

It must be in writing and registered..always copies can be taken or available at registrar's office.😆

Revocation of POA by the Grantor

Grantor may revoke a power of attorney any time he want as long as he is competent.
However, a power of attorney is automatically revoked when the grantor pass away. ( NA and VA are alive and competent)

If an agent misuses the powers under POA.

for that POA is very specific and limit the powers...remedy..legal proceedings depending on the POA

OR else
EBp director or writer must watch Bazigar film...
and Indrajit Sarkar creates a new POA for Sapna and
Sapna uses the POA and get back their property😃

I don't know why the Director make this track only for POA papers?
What is the use?What they do with them?

nice post👍🏼but I think cvs misunderstand POA as POHA.🤪😆

I have already mentioned it in this forum. But it did not reach our CVS . I think there is no need for them to show all the goods are in realistic one in an imaginary world like cinema and serial. So I dropped my thoughts in to the dustbin.

I think I had read your post but many people in forum advised me not to think logically while watching serials.So I have started Mahakumbh online and enjoying it.I can enjoy Manishji's powerful acting in Mahakumbh so I started to stop worrying about EBP.😈

wow ! me not read😊 ..I guessed Asjit track is for POA to Sapna by IS ...but now only papers..what they do now with POA papers😕 if already property is in the name of IS by virtue of POA
