Asia is the most powerful block in cricket and this small punishing acts is just the frustration release of goras because then cant digest the shift of power. There was a lot of debate when ICC HQ was moved to Dubai from London.

Dubai was a ridiculous choice of headquarters for the ICC. Had it gone from London to Mumbai, Melbourne or Johannesburg, it would have made sense, but to center it in a country that's on the fringe of cricket playing nations made no sense whatsoever!
