Today's Moments
The entire episode was dedicated to the wedding and it was very nicely done. Emotions of every member was felt.
1. Kabir coming inside the house, Nisha coming down the stairs, and then varmala with cousins lifting Nisha and Kabir and the fun, family enjoying it was nicely done.
2. Kanyadaan. The name of Kanyadaan causing nervousness to Nisha, Kabir unknowingly sensing it and asking if it can be skipped saying a girl is not a thing who can be given to someone else just like that. Nisha being shocked that Kabir had thought the same and telling Ramesh that this marriage cannot break ties with him or the entire family.
3. Ramesh explaining that Kanyadaan doesn't mean the girl is severing ties with her family, but it means apart from her family she has an additonal responsibility of Kabir and his family was very nice depicted. Dadaji explaining how there is an importance to every ritual was very much needed.
4. Kanyadaan taking place, and then the pheras. The transition was smooth. Ramesh sending Sukku to get the shagun money from a friend of his was strange. Like he has kept this for the last minute. Yet, considering his financial status, he couldn't have arranged it before. Kabir sensing the problem was nice and I am sure he would handle the situation tomorrow in case any problem arises.
5. Mangal sutra ritual getting over and Ramesh getting emotional and Dadaji supporting him was so endearing to see.
6. Cousins excitement, family's happiness filling Nisha with guilt that it's only for 3 months and her confusion as how she is going to make everyone understand was nicely portrayed. She does know how the consequences can be. Selfie part was nicely done. Didn't understand what the plan for bidaai is among Jwala-Bunty and Rukma.
Loved the portrayal of emotions today.
