I wonder why the judge didnt consider Ashok's statement in the previous case, bt Shagun being violent person...does the court really hand over the custody just with a sign, without using its own rationale ??? means if the father signs of the custody to the mother despite her being a violent person, the judge is ok with it...

The judge asked the right questions, but jumped to a conclusion very fast. In such cases safety and wish of the child comes first and not just ginoing parent's mistakes! If Raman said it was a fraud, that had to be considered too. And the child needs to be asked as well. Plus Shagun is a single parent living in a hotel with no source of income/job. The lady judge in earlier episodes was actually the real judge. This guy seemed like he was bribed by Shagun...shagun had left her daughter behind when she was six months old to live-in with another guy. Which jedge would give away custody of that child in 2 mins?

if the judge thought Ishita running away with Ruhi for 2 days put Ruhi at risk, even though ishita loves Ruhi, how is the judge sure that Ruhi will be at lesser risk/ safer with Shagun, who lives in a hotel? That guy who came to take a statement should have done it before the judgement. Sometimes even a day in such matters can harm the child!
