22nd AUG Update: Wrote in hurry so excuse any mistakes
Sameer come home and Janki looks at him worried and asked where was he as she was worried. She even tried to reach him on phone but seeing Sameer upset she stops. Sammer looked worried..and tell Janki that big consignement that was supposed to be dispatched tommorow got caught in fire. Janki is now worried...& ask how & if Sameer is okay and Sameer say he is fine but he is happy that no worker is hurt but loss is tremendouse as it is 3crore loss...& dad will be worried & angry...Janki say don't worry dad will not be angry & insurance will cover....In mind Sameer is thinking that he has to do all this for this house and is also lying to janki...and he had no other way
Varun thinking sameer buring gowdown flashback....and thinks that he has all evidence against him & he will cash on this opportunity...In meantime Janki's dad call and tell varun abt fire and Varun pretend as if it is news to him...Dad says that he is not worried about his money as insurance will cover this but he is worried abt his prestige & ask varun to check on things

As usual useless TM are taunting each other.....koki say how will Sameer give such huge money...and Indu tell ko why is she jelous ..is it because sameer outwitted her dad..bhavana is owrried how will he manage such huge amount.........koki say yeah and that day is not far when mansion will be her dad's & she will be maharani.....& dialouges follow how their bahu's control their sons....Indu get angry and leave....koki call bhavana and tell how Indu reacted...Bhavana tell koki that her bahu is in her control as she was inside with her.....koki break her stupidity bubble saying that she is fox and she get things done from her & trick her...& tell koki to sit and watch how sameer get that 1cr 20lkh amount.
In Sameer Office
He is talking on phone and is calling someone next week...he sees if anyone is around and make another call and ask if his 3cr assignment is intact and then tell him to sell whole consignement in market at any rate as he need money in 2 days..and varun overhears....also follow him leaving office

Sameer comes in his room and Janki say she was waiting for him...he ask why and Janki ask what is tommorow and Sameer pretend as if he don't remember...& finally he say he can forget to breath but not her birthday..& she says that she want this house as her birthday gift...& Sameer promise that he will gift this mansion to her. Sameer gets a call that whole consignment is sold...& Janki ask which consignment and he say office and home don't mix.
In drawingroom
Varun & Janki's dad is sitting there & he congratulate for his hard work in completing all formalities after such huge diaster....Janki's dad say he want to give party as this is his daughter's first birthday after marriage ...Janki object but Gkaka say let her dad celebrate...varun is fuming.
Sameer tell varun to watch how he will steal everything from him slowly....varun thinks that I will make sure tommorows party is memorable one and tell Sameer that he has big surprise gift for Janki that she will always remember.
