I think kasam se has gone through a series of good and bad tracks.. one of their good tracks were the pia-puskhar soniye's or the park road secret..
i think that kasam se has come a long way.. but seriously.. i think that right now its at a crossroad.. if they get ad and bani married, they'll take the route that will drop them off a cliff.. if they reunite bani and jai, they will enter a world of high trps!!
i wish though that pia wasnt evil.. i liked her sooooo much better when she was that spoiled but cultured girl.. it was much nicer.. but then again.. people say that in order to be noticed in the television industry you either have to be the main protagonist or be evil.. simple.. like if jigyaasa was kind, i wouldnt have noticed her that much.. i luv how jigyaasa has an answer for everything..

She should get him. Yet, still she is after the poor guy like a cat is after a mouse. She uses her brain, but for wat, nothin good. Shes totally not the sweet, yet moneyminded Pia we use to like. She pain mean n moneyminded Pia. Then there is Rano. She was strong. Cared for her sisters. She new wat she wanted. Now, wat she is givin her dreams up 4 some1 else. Wat happened to the strong Rano that we adored? She was the one person who would talk her mind, now its time she speaks up, yet still the du**er is not tellin Bani the truth. She has become, so useless. Ranveer, I can say they made him change for the good. Only good charater left. Yet, they have started to do their old tricks. We will soon have the same old Ranveer back. The Jigs that use 2 up thins on Bani is bearly there. She is doin nothin, but just talkin. Stop talkin n use ur brain 2 get ur family out of the troble. Start by kick Pia off the roof. The jokin Dadi, is now only cryin. Woman, u were the jaan of people life. U made them laugh. Now, all u do is cry. Do somethin for us, stop it. Adi, use 2 love Bani n take care of her like his own child. Wat happened now Adi. Uncle? Is Bani not ur child, seems like it. U should have told Bani the truth. Sahil was just great. I use 2 love him. He cared 4 Rano so much. Then, they made him in2 a abusive husband, who cares 4 only himself. I can say great his gone. Rasshi was that sweet girl, who would do wat her husbands wants. Wat know Rasshi, ur not doin wat ur husband wants? Ranveers happines was her life, now they just made her in2 another Pia. Wantin wats not hers anymore. Better off if she didnt come back. Now, the body doubles. That is all they can do. I know they r busy with other thins, yet still their annoyin. They should have never gotten Pushkar out n AD in. Speakin of Pushkar, he was the great friend. Every1 loveed his n Banis dosti. Wat know, where r u when ur friend needs u the most? Great friendship that u made. Jai was a father 2 u, now wat u do, harm him like this. The man gave him life 4 u n ur after him. Go find the truth out. Such a los**. U n Pia r the best 4 which other. Only thin ur good 4 is backstaddin, people who were like parents 2 u. Only thin good is the Bani became stronger, but still doesnt understand wats right n wrong. Great story line Ekta. Got people 2 love it n now made it in2 trash. Kk, guys I m done.

i could have never agreed more. cute1228 is absolutely rite. what happened to the strong macho jai walia who no one could even talk to in a raised voice? now hes being blackmailed and hearing others taunts. tarun who claimed to love bani ttly dissapeared when bani needed him in court to prove her innocence when faced with the accusation of killing sahil. sahil who used to luv his bani mami like rano did turned against her and began siding with jigyasa. of course ekta i understand, one of the brothers has to be evil whether it be ranvir or sahil. wat difference does it make? then sahil died. it seemed like it was for the betterment of the show. who knew that it would be the cause of the jb jodi breaking up. then jigyasa who used to say so many things. if she hasnt noticed until now actions speak louder than words and apparently she is doing anything to get her precious "jai bhaiyya" on the rite track. rano, the one who i thought was the smart one in the family, turned out to be a total du***r. she has no common sense left. i mean if u see that j and both still luv each other then y dont u tell bani the truth. i must say the beginning of the story was much better and y am i blaiming the poor characters its the creative team at fault. the innocent story that ekta had started in the beginning is far better then the turnout of the show now.

Now in this position, which period of Kasamh Se would you support and like to see as vis--vis the other? What are your arguments in favour of your choice and why do you feel your choice is a valid one?

For me the heyday is when I enjoyed the show and for me the enjoyment stopped when Pia deliberately set up Jai and started manipulating Bani, you could call this ONS or KC or October 3rd or by any other means.

In order to say which do I support and why do I support that, I would have to declare my position and my reasonings to watch this show.

I am a born romantic at heart, I hate saas bahu stories, I further hate violence and meaningless abuse, I hate cliches and the well traveled roads.

Although I have not watched any hindi shows before Kasamh Se, I have heard about them enough, to be put off by them. Although, I am a bahu, my saas never mistreated me, nor my mom ever mistreat her bahus and they in turn never mistreated my mother and I have respected my MiL just like my mother. So I did not see what the hoopla is about the saas, bahu aur saazish stories.

As far as the mystery, action and comedy are concerned, I think Indian serials have never had their forte in them. So I was not going to watch these shows for those purposes. So what remained were romance and drama. As I said, most of the drama revolves around in-laws, joint families and adulterous affairs, so if you chuck this one out, what remains is romance.

What is different about this romance is, what Sangita described in the beginning, the protagonists are unlikely characters, a man in his prime (in US standards) and a young woman who love their families. They are giving, generous and solid rocks for their families, they are both honest, trustworthy and have high morals. They are also stubborn, individualistic and self-reliant. They are not scared to fight for the right thing. So I was ecstatic when the romance blossomed between the high and mighty walia and the simple and stubborn dixit.

The story was handled with so much delicacy, each character was sketched with love and care, whether the character was the selfish yet loving sister Jigyasa, the loving but strict Maasi, the arrogant yet tender Jai walia, the iron hand in a velvet glove Bani, the selfish, slightly ditzy yet caring Pia, the studious and moralistic Rano. The comedy between Dadi, Adi and Jigyasa provided good breaks in between the money grabbing, manipulation and wheeling dealing. There was friendship between Jai, Adi and Tarun, there was togetherness in the three sisters and they fought against their adversaries united.

Simple things like the fight between Jai and Bani when they go to the farm house, when they were made to eat from the same plate made me smile like a fool. When Jai went and got Bani back into the home after she moved out with her sisters made me grin like a clown. When the JDD moments came, I sat glued without batting my eyelids. So many simple yet beautiful moments, loved them all...especially where Jai comes from behind when Bani installs the Ganesh in his home and asks if she loved him . I barely controlled myself when Jai talked to his unborn and Bani had tears in her eyes. I cheered Jai when he dragged her home after she stubbornly goes to work in a smokefilled room when she was pregnant.

Every show needs drama to survive, twists and turns are a must. Jigyasa and Ranveer turning against the family head for money, I could stomach - Bani standing against them singlehandedly to protect her Mr. Walia - I relished. Park Raaz was understandable although not handled as well as it should have been.

When Pia and Jai slept on KC night, I still felt that it was a mistake born from sheer desperation, loneliness and loss - both from Pia and Jai's side.

Then the revelation that it was all planned by Pia and staged made me cringe, the killing of Pia's character started rolling the deterioration of the show. Each and every character got butchered so much, the familiarity and the strength of the characters that made me love the show, started disappearing by the onslaught of destructive butchering by the writers. One by one, screenplay, editors, dialogue writers, actors started failing the show. Ashwini left the show, Jai Walia lost his voice and his manhood, Bani started a new profession as a jassoosi. She failed at it big time too...

There were so many ways and turns where things could have brought back to normalcy, but instead they got worse. AD's character which came in with pomp and show, had a stupid raaz that fizzled out, Sahil became a sacrificial lamb in all the bad things that happened between Jai and Bani, Ranveer who turned good turned violent ( )

The only thing I like lately are the kids who are a breath of fresh air. The magnificent acting by Ashwini is only magnifying the lack of interest from RK. I feel he has become totally apathetic to KS and would rather be somewhere else. The body doubles galore is another new phenomenon I started hating dearly.

Last but not the least, I hate the stretching of the story, the cloning of the sisters and mishandling of AD's character.

I loved the show in the beginning, I am disappointed to see where it is now. It is no longer a love story, no longer a story about cute scenes and unity, strength of character and family support. It's about unresolved issues, apathetic characters, mishandled scenarios, lack of planning on the part of BT and the writers and so much more negativeness....
