This is what I reckon that has happened.......

Simran has found out that Ronak killed Vansh, so she wants to be with him so she can get revenge. And she doesn't want Anju to ruin her life by going after Ronak.

As far as Anju's baby is concerned, I'd say that Ronak pushed her down the stairs, so she'd either die or lose her baby and that would leave the path clear for him to be with Simran.

Some of you may think that this can't happen or is too 🤢 to happen. But lets look at some of the reasons-:

1. Simran a.k.a Smriti went as far as coming back with a new ID to get revenge against GK and Bikram.

2. Ronak was so obsessed with Smriti before her accident, that he stalked her, made her life a living nightmare and even kidnapped her and then saved her just to make him look like the hero.

3. Even now there are still signs of that obsessiveness that he used to have, which would make him capable of doing anything. Even harming Anju and her unborn child. By doing this no-one would suspect him.

4. Finally ITS AN EKTA DRAMA....!!!!!!! 😡 😡 😡
