What is "defeat"?

What it means to be defeated?

Is it losing or failing?

Defeat is that doubt in your head...

That demon that feeds on your fear

It tells you, you r not good enough

that you can't do iy

that it's impossible

Succumbing to that demon, that thought...

That is DEFEAT.

So its just an idea in head when I'm scared of challenge

Defeat is not even a real thing

It's just an illusion

It's that monster in my head

Who keeps where I am

Who wants to keep me in my comfort zone

But victory never happens in comfort zone

U have to get out

The pain in ur body, that's demon... orders U to give up, "enough" it says, no more

And all I have is my spirit and that's my fuel to pull myself beyond that limit of pain

I must step out of my comfort zone

Uncomfortable" is my new friend

I will find my heart, I'll fight with my mind

I will not be affraid

Coz I'll never give up

B4 I climb Everest, I have to conqure the mountain inside my head

B4 I can make something of me, I must kill that demon of doubt

I have to forget what failure means

B4 I can give victory a shot
