G the scene where Ruhi speaks the truth and practically shows the mirror to her family was heartbreaking because can you imagine the trauma this 6 year old kid has endured for her to understand the concept of deceit and the meaning of double standard behavior. It was sad to see Ruhi speak the words that an adult of the family should have spoken, at age 6 Ruhi posses the maturity of an adult who has weathered many storms. She is a child whose mother left her when she was 6 months old, a father who didn't want anything to do with her and a fractured family involved in their own problems. This little child has endured what no other child should, so I am not surprised that she possesses the intelligence to see through the bull crap, I am just saddened that in taking care of herself and ensuring her parent's union she somewhere has lost her innocence. As much as I was cheering for Ruhi today to show the double faced Bhallas a mirror, a part of me was sad seeing the maturity in Ruhi because her maturity is her scar, the scar she acquired fighting the battle to gain love from her father and the battle to keep her Ishima close to her. I just love Ruhi, for me she is the soul of YHM.
Hey Doc...Loved the way you summed that up...đ
As much as I loved Ruhanika Dhawan's brilliant acting and can't stop gushing about the heroics of Ruhi Bhalla...I agree 100% with you. Ruhi has always been more matured and sensible for her age...They have always shown her that way with ofcourse her innocence and cute antics but Ruhi as a child has never been the like the rest of the kids in her age. The lack of parents, their love at such a tender age made her grow faster. Her reasons, her questions, her explanations everything leave you amazed and at loss of words. She has always shown that quality which is why when I saw her teach the so called adults today I felt proud and in character. Out of all the questions asked one of the most hard-hitting one was where she shows then that they are the adults not her, that they should be seeing this and stopping it on their own. However the lack of any proper reaction or zooming left the impact peekhađ
I remember once Bhalla Ji had said 'Bache sirf pyaar Ki basha samajhte hai'...it's so true in Ruhi's case...What her Mom and Dad did not give her Ishu gave. Unconditional love and it is that love that drives this angel to fight for her mom. Probably the only reason why Ruhi does not even think twice before arguing with Raman as well if the matter is related to Ishita.
I really felt bad for Ishita when she was sitting at the bench remembering the promises that Raman made and lamenting at her current situation was just heartbreaking. It felt like her entire world came crashing down and then to realize that the only person that cares for her is Ruhi was heartbreakingly beautiful. It hurts the most when you feel alone while being surrounded by your loved ones, she has her husband, her parents, her sister, her in laws but the only person that can see her is her daughter. I honestly think that this YHM, the mohabbatein part is between Ishita and Ruhi.
WORD!!!! There is nothing more painful than that. Nothing
Like I had said yesterday, where Ruhi excelled Raman failed and this was true today as well. Seeing her father and her Ishima struggle, Ruhi knew what she had to do, what words couldn't do, a gentle hug did. That hug had me in tears, yes I am a ball of emotions and these small endearing moments get to me. đł That scene where Ruhi-Ishita hug is the essence of YHM for me, so pure, so simple, and yet to powerful. A child of 6 years hugging her mom and in the process taking away all her pain and carrying it on her 6 year old innocent shoulders, tears!
So true that Hug...It just said everything that Ishu wanted to hear at that moment without the two exchanging any words. đ đł We have seen Mumma's hug their kids while they are crying a lot of times, we have seen kids also addressing their mothers pain/tears too. But the bond these two share goes beyond the usual norm. We have seen it dozen times or more in this show. To know that your mom was hurting and the best way to make her feel was 'WANTED' and thus the hug- Ruhi's gesture, the tight hug...No Words to describeđ đđ
