Shlok agnihotri the most strict and dynamic officer in the police force. Everyone is afraid of him even his own department is scared of him. He is son of niranjan agnihotri who is an officer in a crime branch. Varad,his elder brother is a SHO. Due to his honesty and dedication towards his work. He got many cases and the most difficult cases. But he solved all of them and proved himself. And this time he was given a case of sex workers. He was asked to look into this matter. And shlok wanted to know each and everything so in order to get in the depth,he disguised himself as an ordinary man. He and shiney went and met the person who supplies girls. They even get some innocent girls and they make them a sex worker by selling them to kamla. A lady who runs this illegal business..shlok met him and asked him to take him to the place where he could get a girl to enjoy for a night. The man got trapped and he took him to the place where some girls were eating paans,and some were busy with their clients. Shlok was disgusted but nevertheless he ignored all these things and in the mean time he was infront of the kamla.
A lady near about 45 years was standing infront of him. She was wearing a tight fitting blouse which was short and hence her whole waist was visible. She was giving him seductive smile. Shlok didn't smiled back. And the man told kamla that he wants to get a girl for a night. She looked at shlok and walked towards him.
Kamla traced his face with her finger tip.
Kamla-dont worry..i will take care of u for the whole night.
Shlok-naah..i want something new and fresh..and by looking at u i can say that u r neither new nor fresh..
Kamla smiled and called a girl-take him to the room no.42.
She held his hand and told him that the girl who is waiting for him in the room is totally new. Shlok jerked her hand lightly and went with the girl
While passing the corridor he met several girls who were ready to do anything..shlok didn't liked it at all but to solve this case he is needed to do this..he is required to do proper search regarding this matter.
They reached. The gate of the room was locked. Shlok was surprised. The girl send him in and asked him to lock the door and be careful as the police might come. So she asked him to be alert. Shlok nodded and closed the door behind him. Shlok turned around but didn't saw any girl there. He looked here and there thats when he noticed a girl who was sitting on the floor. Her face was between her knees..she was sobbing..she looked up..only her eyes were visible and they were red due to the continous weeping..she was wearing a skirt abd a blouse which was short and it was revealing her cleavage. Shlok started walking towards her..she got scared and got up within a minute and took hold of a bottle..she held it and pointed it towards him.
Aastha-stay away..just stay away from me..
Shlok was surprised as the girl was speaking english and was also protecting herself. But still shlok kept on moving forward till her back collided with the wall. He trapped her by placing his hands on the wall. He had caged her between him and the wall. He was moving his lips towards her rosy pink lips but she moved her face away. And again sobbed..
Aastha-see..i will throw this bottle on ur head and then u will bleed..just go from here..i m not that type of girl..
Shlok just pushed his face closer-if u r not that type of girl then what are u doing here??
Aastha sobbed-they had kidnapped me from a railway station..i was going to mumbai but they kidnapped me and took me here..please help me. She looked at shlok with some hope. Shlok never ever trusted anyone but for the very first time he felt like trusting her..
Shlok held her waist and she flinched. And then she raised the bottle to hit him on the head but shlok caught her hand and snatched the bottle from her hand.
She was looking like a deer who is in a cage of a lion. Eyes red,sobbing and she was looking so fragile.
Shlok-i m saying naa i wont do anything..and why should i trust u??
Aastha-i can tell u my details just give them to police and i..i m not alone many girls are brought here..a man kinspped us and then sold us to a woman..please help me..
Shlok never ever trusted anyone in his life but he didn't know why but he wanted to trust her and he did..he left the room within a minute and called his friend to enquire about a girl..he gave her photo n wanted results as soon as possible..shlok asked his team mates not to execute the plan right now as he is having doubts that all the girls are not sex workers and if it is the case he dont want to do injustice...
Next day
shlok was thinking about that girl. He felt an unknown connection between him and her. He was so lost in his or should i say her thoughts that he didn't noticed one of his sources standing in front of him. He looked up when he heard him cough..

Mehul-sir she is aastha..aastha kirloskar. She was travelling and then at a point she and sone other girls got trapped and ended up in that cheap place. She is not a sex worker.

Shlok entered in a room and looked for her..and saw her standing near the window..eyes teary..sobbing.He went towards her and stood behind her..she felt someone's presence so she turned and saw him..the same guy there..
Aastha-why r u here..dont u understand that i m not a sex worker..just go away and for god sake help me..
Shlok-i m here to help u aastha..i m not a customer..i m a police inspector who is assigned to find all the people who supply women. And i got to know about u and dont worry u will be safe. And i want details of other girls who got trapped so that we can do the justice..
Aastha wiped her tears-thanks and i m sorry for everything i said in my anger. There are 5 more girls..
Shlok got each and every detail and then he called his team members to come and take kamla away..
All of a sudden there was hustle n bustle because police has arrived. Kamla tried to run away but got caught..she and other girls were taken to the police station whereas all the innocent girls were taken to police station in a separate van. They were asked to call their parents and sign a paper so that they can leave from there. All the other girls did that accept aastha.
Shlok asked aastha to call her parents but she refused as she dont live with her real parents..she lives with her aunt and uncle who dont even care about her..aastha signed the paper and left from there..
Same night...
Shlok was returning from his duty thats when he saw a girl running and some local goons after her. He stopped the car and stepped out and saw aastha..who saw him and ran in his arms..shlok was shocked with her sudden action but in the next moment..he wrapped his arms around her and looked at the goons who ran away from there..
She was still in his arms..scared..devasted and broken..tears were flowing from her eyes. Shlok rubbed her back and she hiccuped. She realised that she is in his arms..she felt uneasy and left him abruptly. She looked here and there but not at him..
Shlok-do u know someone in this city??
Aastha-umm..no
Shlok-so how will u survive..dont u know its not safe for u to stay here..
Aasha-i know but i dont have a place to stay..i have lost my money so cant go in any hotel..
Shlok thought something-go and sit in my car..u r going to stay at my place..
Aastha was about to argue but shlok glared at her which made her to keep quiet and without uttering a word she followed him..
After a silent drive they reached Agnihotri mansion. He stepped out of his car and so does astha. She looked at the mansion and was nervous to take a shelter in a stranger's home. Shlok stepped in and was followed by astha. Shlok saw his aayi and other family members staring at the girl behind him. He went towards sojal and asked her to give her some decent clothes to wear. Sojal took astha in her room
Niranjan raised his brow to which shlok sighed and narrated the whole story..
Niranjan felt proud-good mere bacche..u r my proud. She can stay here as long as she want.
Anjali saw her coming downstairs. She smiled at her to which she smiled back. Shlok turned around and he was stumped..the sight of her in a saree just held him captive. He was lost in her beauty. Varad noticed his expressions so he coughed which broke his trance and he looked at his dada who was having a teasing smile on his lips. Shlok shook his head and went in his room to get fresh.
He came downstairs and saw her sitting with his family..he sat on a chair which was opposite to her chair. The dinner was a silent affair. After dinner..everyone left except sojal and astha. Astha helped sojal in washing dishes and when they were done they moved out from the kitchen. Sojal took her in a guest room and then went away.
Astha sat on the bed and looked around..the room was beautifully furnished. The interiors are just perfect. She is thankful to bappa for sending shlok on time. She made herself comfortable on the bed and then drifted off to sleep..
Next day
Sojal woke up little late and as a result she quickly rushed in the kitchen to see astha preparing breakfast with the help of sita. She saw sojal standing at the doorway. She smiled and said-"good morning.."sojal replied back with a smile. Shlok was on his jog. He came back and asked sojal to give him a cup of tea. Sojal was busy with cooking and sita was not there so she asked astha to take the tea for him.
Astha knocked on the door softly and then entered in his room. She placed tea on the table. She turned to leave but collided with something hard..a male chest. She was about to hit the hard ground but one pair of arms caught her by her waist. Her eyes were closed but when she felt his protective arms around her she opened her eyes slowly..and saw him standing there with bare chest. He was looking at her face..her chest was heaving up and down and they were lost in each others eyes..his one hand caressed her waist and his other hand was on her back which was almost bare because of her short blouse. His touch was creating sensations in her. She closed her eyes unable to bear this torture..shlok bent his face down and was about to touch her pink lips but there moment broke when they heard the sound of window shutting with a loud sound because of the wind. They were embarrassed. Astha composed herself and made her way out from his room.
Rest of the day they avoided each other...
Next day..
Astha was in her room. She took a saree and went in the bathroom. She turned the shower on but it was not working. She quickly went out and informed sojal about it.
Sojal-astha ur bhauji is there in my bathroom. But shlok bhauji is not here so go and take shower in his bathroom and make it fast he is about to come.
Astha nodded and left from there.
She placed her clothes and undress herself to have a quick shower. And in mean time shlok came back. He headed towards his room and took his clothes and towel. Sojal was in her room so didn't saw him coming back. Shlok open the bathroom's door and was confused as water was running. He pepped in the bathroom and the sight made him froze on his place. A girl was taking bath in his bathroom..the curtain was hiding her behind it but he could see her feminine parts. She picked the soap and started scrubbing her breasts..he hitched a breath and to save himself from.another embarrassment he stepped out from there.
After 10 minutes astha came out only in blouse and petticoat. She was wearing her saree and thats when she heard his magical voice..
Shlok looked at her-god r u here to drive me crazy??
She turned around after fixing her pallu-what??
Shlok pulled her towards himself-yesterday u came in my room..today u took shower in my bathroom and that too without locking the door. And now u were standing here just in blouse and petticoat..i know u are not that type of girl who do all these stuffs to seduce anyone but hell u r seducing me and teasing me badly..and say thanks to god u were behind that curtain or else i would have seen all of u. And if it would have happened then u would have been responsible for my actions. I m not some hormonal charged man but i would have act like one..
Astha's mouth hung open on his confession. She shivered on the thought of it. She quickly left the room as soon as possible.
On the dinning table they avoided to look at each other. Anjali was in awe of astha. Even sojal liked her. She is an angel and there is no doubt about it. Varad saw some kind of uneasiness between shlok and astha so decided to have few words with his brother..
At night..shlok was trying hard to sleep but his mind was too occupied in her thoughts so sleep was last on its list. He groaned and sat on his bed and just then he heard a knock on his door. He got up and opened the door. And saw his brother cum best friend standing there..
Varad started hesitantly-shlok i need to talk to u..about astha..
Shlok's heart did a happy dance after hearing her name-umm say dada
Varad sat on the sofa-everything alright between u and her. Even today morning i saw her coming out of ur room and she was looking quite disturbed..
Shlok sighed-hunh dada its me who is disturbed..i dont know whats wrong but whenever she is around me i feel something..she is ruling my senses. And i cant help thinking about her all the time..
Varad smiled-so u want to say you are in love with her..
Shlok rolled his eyes-dada..i barely know her all i m saying is i m attracted towards her since the day i saw her. She have a spark in her which pulls me towards her. Everyone seems so scared of me but she was not. This oomph factor is something which i like..
Varad smiled-then go and talk to her politely. Tell her about ur feelings. And give it a chance..
Shlok thought for a minute-i will try to tell her but do u think she likes me..dada ask sojal vahini to talk to her about me..if she likes me or not..
Varad chuckled-who would have thought a strict police officer will feel so helpless in the case of love or attraction..
Shlok smiled sheepishly
The very next day sojal and varad had discussion over his attraction. Sojal asked varad to ask shlok not to rush into things and if he feels attracted towards her then he should talk to her about this. And they should become friends and then they can step into a relationship. Varad agreed..and told the same to shlok although he was bit nervous as he never talked to a girl and that too when he have feelings for her. Shlok went out and saw aastha and kavya playing blindfold. Aastha was searching for kavya who was giggling as she was unable to catch her. Shlok smiled and stepped forward..aastha felt someone's presence. She turned around and caught that person but instead of a little girl she felt something hard beneath her soft palms. She instantly removes her blindfold and saw shlok who was looking at her keenly..his words rushed in her mind and she turned around to go. Shlok held her wrist and pulled her towards him. She looked at him with her wide and beautiful eyes..she was looking so innocent that shlok couldn't help..he moved his hand up and caressed her cheek. She looked at him and started biting her pink lips in nervousness..shlok groaned and pulled her further closer..
Shlok-stop doing that astha or u know i can do better..allow me to do this..
Astha quickly stopped chewing her lip..
Shlok chuckled-okay i m here to talk to u about a serious topic..ahh..i dont know from where to start but i..i..i m attracted towards u..dont know how but since the day i have seen u i m feeling something..
Astha looked at him-umm..shlok its nothing serious u r just infatuated and it happens..she smiled
Shlok-no astha its more than that and less than love..i want to know u..i want to give it a chance but i want to know ur feelings for me if u have any of them..
Astha-shlok lets begin this with a simple friendship..we should know each other and if something is there then we will give it a chance what say..
Shlok smiled and nodded in yes and this is how their friendship began
Next day
It was sunday morning. Shlok don't have much work to do. So he and varad made a plan to take the entire family on a picnic..kavya was more than happy with the name of picnic..astha was way too excited..all of them got ready and they were about to go..astha was not ready so niranjan asked him to come with her in another car. Shlok obliged happily..and then he messaged his brother that he and astha will come after one hour..and in response he got best of luck and a wink. Shlok shook his head and waved them bye and then he entered in his home to see her coming downstairs wearing a tank top and long skirt..hairs open and an angelic smile on her face. She came and looked at shlok and then here and there as if getting her confusion
Shlok leaned forward-everyone has already left now its only u and me here..and we will go after an hour..till then lets discuss about our life..hobbies..etc.
With this they sat on the sofa to know each other
