Never been to Naathdwara but this poha that you mentioned above is made at my home very regularly...exactly the same way...Geela Chiwda with Onion, boiled potatoes, spices, mirchi, cut cilantro and peas...Sometimes we add peanuts as well....yum yum....kyon maar rahi hai mujhe saasu ji ye sab cheej ki yaad dila ke.... 😆..Usually our combo with Jalebi is either Samosa or Kachori with chana ki sabzi.......droooooooooolllllllllllllllll😕
I can make dry chiwda myself.....stir fried with very little oil, jeera, rye, little bit onion, peanuts and some haldiram bhujia sprinkled to make it spicy and then roast it until it becomes kurmur...😃
