The show is teaching us an important lesson on FORGIVENESS. How it is important to forgive a loved one and move on in life. I am sure, all of us have had some pain, some betrayal, some hurt caused by someone near and close to us. That is a valuable lesson life teaches us, to make us more STRONG AND RESILIENT.
The Agnihotris are the not so perfect example of this. NA truly repented and I had my doubts on him. Looks like he has completely changed as just saying sorry is not enough. He learnt a very valuable lesson, life without Shlok was empty and meaningless. He had the presence of mind to seek forgiveness from Aastha too. (He almost burnt her alive, that still rankles...so yes he is getting his punishment in spades now).
Shlok after hearing him was in no mood to forgive and forget despite the pleas from his ayi n biwi. But when baba went on tv and publicly apologised to him, he had a change of heart. He truly loves his baba and was mature enough to forgive. 25+ years of devotion cannot be wiped in a day or destroyed by one act. Fate had shown a way to them for setting right the faults and they both grabbed it.
So, Shlok took the decision to move back to Pune after the news broke out of SARKAR taking over the Agnihotri Institutes(AI). NA was feeling the loss not bcoz his pride and fame was gone but his legacy for his children was gone, usurped by a stranger or sold off to him by Varad. A man wants to leave a legacy behind by which he will be judged and remembered, their name alive.
Varad having been tossed onto the streets without even a by your leave by Sarkar, found how it was to wear the shoe on the other foot and be homeless not penniless. Thank god he had bought an apt with his money. Wanted to make reparations and admitted to himself that he was wrong and did a grave injustice to his family, to his baba. Admitting one's mistake to oneself, is the first step in improving and making peace with what life hands out to you. Using Kavya he finds out that Anjali is at the ashram and they all make haste there.
Varad had to grovel, beg and plead with folded hands to get baba and ayi to forgive him. Anjali was in her element y'day, a Mother Teresa whose pic was hanging behind her when she was talking to Varad. A heart full of compassion and love, but wise to know that her son committed a mistake. When NA was hearing Varad out, there was Goddess SAraswati behind him, giving him the right thoughts this time, (his bald head was scrambled earlier with discriminatory thoughts on women and their position in his life)so that he could forgive his son and also realised his mistake. Varad was brave to admit his follies to his baba, explained why he did what he did which opened baba's eyes. NA was upset and was happy that Anjali was taking Varad to task who did not spare Sojal too and reminded her of the time when she got help and support. Reminded her of her duties in which she failed spectacularly. Now hope to see Sojal treading the straight and narrow path of truth and goodness.
Anjali counselled NA and made his see the error in not forgiving Varad as he himself was forgiven by Shlok. Shlok, hearing that name, baba springs into action and goes to lift Varad who was on bended knees and forgives him. When Varad pleads with him to move in with him, NA refuses saying that he will have to be forgiven by Ashlok too. wow, loving this new side to Hot Daddy, who is back to his former shape. Ah...missed seeing him like this ...full of action and masterly...but now with concern and care too. OOhhh...deadly combo, I must say.
When Ashlok walk in and see dada there, Shlok's first words were to ask them to leave and says he cannot do what he did to him n baba, he can't drag him and throw him out. Varad is truly ashamed of his actions and sheds tears of bitterness at his actions and repeatedly asks for forgiveness. When reprimanded by Aastha, he feels even more smaller and agrees to her every word. Then he gains some support from baba who advises his bachha to forgive as one cannot proceed forward if their hands were full of yesterday's junk. They had bigger issues at hand and forgiveness only makes one STRONG. All of them valued their relationship more than their ego which was a stumbling block in their respective relationships and marriages with Varad admitting that he wanted and needed baba's approval, hence his reprehensible actions. NA had learnt a valuable lesson, if he did not forgive Varad then he should not expect Shlok, Aastha n Anjali too forgive him. They had done that already and he made Shlok realise that he should too. It was a beautiful scene, very emo and the men talking while Anjali took on the role of the elder, the Mother who guides her children when they are floundering in the dark, rudderless and without an anchor. Shlok too wanted to make peace with his dada who he loved very much and who also loved him as he expressed when he was found after their riding accident.
Each of them accepted how things were at the present, they were all together. They focused on that not on what was lost, even the loss of Agnihotri empire and riches was secondary. VArad then went on relate how it all came about and it was good to see NA n Shlok listening to him raptly. Wow, these three together are going to blow Indrajeet to Smithereens. The trio working and plotting make for a formidable army and it is going to be a treat to see them united. Just loved this bit. ⭐️⭐️All are very smart and sharp. 😎Shlok has a temper but tiny knows how to control it. 👏👏The way he lost his cool and slapped poor Sakharam for doing his job and the way Aastha dragged him from there was well done. Ashlok have reached new levels of understanding in their marriage and with NA backing them all the way, no prob...only one tiny teeny one...that of Indrajeet falling for Aastha... 😆which can't be helped. Look at how Shlok fell for her, drawn to her much against his wishes and resisted her allure with all his might, only to fall even harder, LIKE A TON OF BRICKS.😃
I AM EAGERLY LOOKING FORWARD TO THE TRIO'S PLOTS AND PLANS, THE TWISTS AND TURNS AND OF COURSE ASHLOK ROMANCE AND SCENES AMIDST ALL THIS. 😃😃😃
