I'm not a big fan of Salman's hosting, but he achieved a balance over a period.

Farah will have to go some distance to achieve that balance. But I agree, she started well, not at all bad as a start point. But she will have to learn how much of encouragement she can give to whom and be safe. Because, if a contestant like Sambhavna or GG takes her words seriously and overdoes her antics, that might put her in embarrassing position. So ya she has to learn those tricks. More over she isn't well acquainted with the contestants as she has joined in the middle, so she will have to learn about them also.

Like she failed to deliver the msg to Ajaz and recognize Ajaz's feelings. She will have to earn that rapport with the contestants to deliver such msgs & such comments that she passed about Ajaz. She needs to be cautious. Contestants can any time refuse to accept insult, what she can do? Send her out? Many won't be bothered about going out than taking such insults, but if she had the rapport with someone, he/she will accept much more with a smile. So, she has to learn with time and that will make her a better host.
