OMG! I'm still in trance state. Can't believe i really met him! OMG!!!! never met a humbler, cuter, sweeter, sexier, hotter, yummier, decent-er, more adorablen so on... man in my life!!
Yesterday night at 1am, my sweet si Di texted me k he's coming to chandigarh. i was in for a shock.
i rechecked fb, twitter, everywhere. texted my friend who's as crazy as me for Barun. We planned to go n meet him at Wave Cinema, Chandigarh.
Entire night i couldn't sleep even for a second due to excitement and the adrenalin rush.
Early morning I got ready and went to University to pick my friend. Both of us were so excited k we din't have breakfast, din't carry water. Oh btw, both of us are media students.
The event was at 3 pm. But we reached at 10 am just to be sure k we arent mistaken about location. the event was on 4th floor. we went up n fangurled over the banner of the press meet.
Then we went down n kept roaming around and were shocked k we two r the only fans to be there. but then at 1-ish another fan came. She was a mom of two kids. We three fangurled over him and went up at around 2.
With every passing second, our heart were going *dhak dhak, dhak dhak*. At three, there were a few journalists waiting. Anther fan came. She was also a student. Then her teacher who was also a fan came.
All of us got excited n hugged, clicked pics.
A khadoos journalist made the management throw us out đĄ. We were dheeth, so we bought movie tickets and went back inside in full tashan.
We forgot bhookh, pyaas. Me n mine friend skipped lunch n evening snacks as well.
At 4:30, Pooja and Jassi came. The fellow fan who ws a teacher recognized Pooja n we said hello to her.
We walked away. We took position near the door. Our heart went crazy, we were literally in shivering mode since morning, but it increased 10 folds, we had goosebumps all over.
Then at 4:50 Adeeb came.
We screamed: Hi! Adi!!!!!!
he sid: "hi! Oh! but how do you know my name?"
we: oh! don't be silly, we r following u since the mahurat of the film.
He smiled: thats great!
he chatted for a minute n we clicked 2-3 group pics, then a khadoos security escorted him away.
he: ek minute chalega?
security: press is waiting
he: i'm sorry guys
we: its okay we'll wait
he: u will???
we: yup
he: okay then see ya
n then all the photographers rushed down as finally at 5 Barun n Shehnaz came. We wanted to go down but din't coz we were scared k ek baar bahar nikle to aa nahi paaenge.
Then one of the fans' hubby called her n told k Barun is wearing red.
i almost fainted coz i was wearing a red suit.
Then the lift opened at 5:20 pm, n out came Shehnaz n THEN BARUN!!!!!!
n we 5 screamed at the top of our voice: BARUNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he looked at us
we screamed: hi!!!!!
Barun: hiii
we: please come here
Management: Press is waiting since 3
We: we are waiting since 10!!!
Barun: i'm so sorry, m really sorry!
We: awww... its okay, we'll wait for you.
he was escorted away. but a minute later, one of the security who threw us out earlier welcomed us inside. n then we were right outside the area of press meet, just 10 steps away from Barun
We drolled wahin se, clicked pics.
then after the press meet, we went inside,
he met each one of us with special attention.

he smiled
me: can i get a pic clicked?
barun: oh sure thing yaar
he gave me side hug n posed n i was literally shivering like hell
me: omg! its like a dream come true, or am i dreaming?
barun: hey relax, its okay.
he gave me a warm hug n reassuring squeeze [i can still smell his cologne on my kurti]
barun: bohot bhookh lagi hai yaar, subha se kuch ni khaya, actually late ho gaye the bohot n ek event me jana padd gaya
me: me n my friend b subha se bhookhe hain, paani tak ni peeya.
barun: i'm so sorry guys.
me: oh no no! plz don't be, this was totally worth it. btw, i'm media student
barun: hey thats great, fir to hum milte rahenge.
me: hell yeah! đł say my hi to sanaya n pashmeen
barun: sure thing
me: all the best for ur film n advance mein happy anniversary.
barun: thanks
then he went for a few minutes to talk to a journalist n came back as we asked him for autograph.
me: Barun, on India Forums, we have a huge fanclub of you n Sanaya, so here's a good luck card from my gang for you.
Barun: aww... thats so sweet of you guys.
he took my notebook n pen: what name should i write?
me: *****shree
he signed.
me: when are you making a film alongside Sanaya
barun: achi script mile to pakka se
me: main movie banaungi, kaam karoge? đł
barun: haan haan, tu script le aa, banate hain
my friend asked him to speak in punjabi
barun: kya bolun?
my friend: kuch bhi
barun: tu das taa de, ki bolaan?
me: awww!!!
barun [smiling n blushing]: now you're embarassing me đł
my friend: tum medical line me jana chahte the kya?
barun shocked: main! medical?!!
my friend: handwriting..
barun: oh haha... nai nai. ek baar maine apne frnd ko kuch likh k diya laane k liye, aur wo dekhta raha, fir bola, bhai tu haath se likhta hai ya pair se?
others were also having chats in between, with him.
he mentioned k he is observing the new trend k tv shows, n if they wrk, n if he gets a good project, he'll definitely do tv again đ
he told about satrah ko shaadi hai, 22 yards are coming soon enough
he also mentioned they will do a public meeting at some club in Chandigarh tonight. [but i can't go out latenight, especially clubđ]
n he said: chandigarh is really clean, nice city! mumbai mein to itne pedd dikhte hi nahi
then he said
barun: okay guys, now i'll take leave from you. it was great to meet you. bubye
n then the team went saying big bye! to us
n we screamed back: all the best, your movie will do great.
n then we all came down to the parking lot n hugged eah other good bye.
after which, me n my friend went back to university n throughout the way back we kept screaming in joy.
the auto walah was smiling at our craziness. when we got down we apologized for the madness n he said: nahi madam, aaplog itne bade aadmi se mile aur khush the, humko bhi acha laga.
then i picked my scooty n came back home, again screaming all the way back
even now i'm shivering, numb, in trance state, on cloud 9, etc etc etc
still can't believe k i met Barun

I'm not gonna wash my hand that he held for as long as possible. I'm gonna preserve my kurti as his smell is prominent on it. I'm gonna preserve the pen n notebook coz he touched them.

thanks to all the excitement n screaming since yesterday, i have a sour throat now, but as i said, Barun ke liye, all this is totally worth it, i fell in love with him all over again
