poonam's struggle!

well i was watching star news today when they showed few clippings from the sa re ga ma pa which is supposd to b telecasted tommorow god i was so miserable listening to poonams story i mean how culd someone be so deprived by circumstances the gurl was telling abt days whn she had no food to eat and was the end of the month whn her mom cooked one chapati and they both had that it was so terrible i mean initially i couldnt even belive but still its so sad to hear it all and here we cry abt small things such as not getting our favorite branded dress or sumthings sillier thn this evn and thre was this gurl saying that she was almost starved for three days. i mean how can life be so cruel on ppl and besides that shes already lost her father was quite nerving to hear all that. shes so superbly talented btw she sang the song tremendeously well.......so guys if u can vote plz vote for this gurl rest of the bunch might have opportunities but this gurl really needs it. i mean evryone knows what i bigg time mauli fan i am but hearing this made me vote for poonam like twice more than i did for mauli our efforts count if our 2 or 3rs spent on sms can help sumone its really worth it! and besides that its not like we shuld vote for her cuse shes in need but she actually deserves .....all the credit cause she sings tremendously well! hope my small effort counts and she stays fr long at this contest!😊

I do vote for Poonam when I can :) I think she is very strong to make it so far and a gem of a person it seems too!

Completely agree with you. 👏👏👏 we should not vote for her for any other reason other than her singing, and if you feel she is a good singer she should definitely be voted!!! May her dreams come true!!!

absolutely right she deserves the votes cause she sings well and is a wondeful person i just felt like throwing light on her struggles cuse it was heartening to hear and being frm the same part of the wrld frm whr she belongs i felt if my liil effort culd help a deseving candidate i shuld throw light on her life as well like ppl hav been a tlking abt other contstants. i dunt mean to say at all that vote fr her cuse she needs it vote for her cuse she deserves it!

yes, i too agree with all of you.Poonam is a singer of superb potential. She is actually a "singer" in the true sense of the term, who lets her voice do all the talking. i am voting for her as well, but she will be eliminated soon ...just watch....and we all know who will move on 😭

i dunk think we need to kno abt her struggle...its good she overcame all those bad days...but the main focus here is singin...only vote for her coz of her singin talent not cause of her struggle...i disregard everythin i read here and listen to her song then vote for her...please guys don't vote because u feel sympathetic...

please dunt misunderstand the post all i wanted to say is that here is gurl who sings really well and deserves votes cause she sings well i in no way wanted to sympatize or anything i just felt she deserves the votes cuse she sings well voting is ur choice vote fr whosoevr u like. want to repaet that i dint wrote the post cause i wanted to get sympathy of any sorts for her and one thing i forgot to mention poonam said herself that shes a very 'khuddar' person herself in that promo or clipping which was shown i just meant to throw a little light on her life as ppl discuss other contestants lifestyle and stuff. pls dunt misunderstand my intentions are just to drift the attention to a contestant whos deserving cuse shes singing well!

Very good post indeed..👏 But reality shows shouldnt allow contestants to lay out a collage of there personal lives as then voting is not based on talent.. not that talent is always voted for. But the Indian janta as we know can get sentimental when they are introduced to such harsh reality stories of the contestants..

I know you are not asking us to vote on that factor but vote due to her talent.. but some voters are not that rational and she may even get pity votes... i could gurantee you that my mom would definitely ask me to vote her due to tht. I can already see all the aunties and mom's voting for her..

When such stories are put in front of the viewers.. i dont think its fair to the other contestants.. The fact that Poonam had a tough beginning and others had easy start-ups shouldnt be brought up on TV at all..!!

But this girl does have talent... and I am happy she overcame all the downfalls in her life and emerged a winner in that even if she is not a winner in SRGMP.. and besides I am sure she'll get offers.. cuz she is talented..

Again.. such stunts should not be pulled on TV and no contestant should be allowed to do that.. ! ..😳

..She said she is "Khuddar" ... well thats good..!! but she knows that she will gain a lot of sympathy due to her rough childhood and that isnt really being "Khuddar".. such harsh realities should be put in the public after she becomes something life.. then she willl emerge a true winner..!! 👍🏼..
