Present
Bansuri and Ratan flung their arms around their children, Veera and Baldev cried as they both hugged back their mother's. Following their plan had not been easy for them, making this plan, playing games was not what they wanted to do, they loved each other, the wanted to marry each other, with everyone's acceptance, have a beautiful life together, with small fights and lots of love, but their simple life was turned upside down because of some people.
Ratan: How did you both...I mean...Baldev you had fallen from...Rajveer and your fight...Veera your dead body...who is it possible
Bansuri: Ratan, I think god bent his rules, because he knew how much we wanted them back.
Baldev: No beeji, god cannot send us back, because he never took us away from you.
Gunjan: What do you mean by that veerji...
Veera: Gunjan bhabhi, Baldev means we both faked our deaths.
Gasps and whispers went throughout the room, many people asking different questions at the same time, that you couldn't make out how was saying what.

After Nihal and Ratan's wedding, Ranvi was more furious with Baldev, he blamed Baldev for the event, despite of him having no fault in it. Balwant had turned more bitter towards Baldev, just because Ranvi had started hating him more. Even Veera had refused to meet him, even though it hurt her, just because of Ranvi. Nihal left the pind. Bansuri was very happy on veeba separation, she told simran to start wooing Baldev. Gurpreet was overjoyed, thinking that in no time her daughter will become as rich as a princess. Gunjan felt bad for her brother but still busy gambling and tossing money. In between all this Baldev's heart had got broken badly.It so happened, that there was news of illegal alcohol being present in pritumpura. After searching every corner of Pritumpura, Rajveer found alcohol in the guest room of Balwant's house on the day of diwali, when the whole SS family was present and some random people from pp.
Rajveer: Who do these bottles belong to, whose room is this.
Balwant: This is the restroom, currently Bansuri's friend and daughter are staying here.
Rajveer: Where are they.
Gurpreet: Police inspectorji, we don't know what is this, me and my daughter came here only a few days back. This is not even our house.
Simran: Yes, we don't know.
Balwant: I think I know who those may belong to.
Rajveer: who

Bansuri(whispering to Balwant): Don't create a scene infront of the police.

Baldev's eyes were only looking at Veera, just once he wanted her to tell him, that she trusted him, but instead she did the opposite.

That was the last straw, his heart was shattered into a million pieces. He didn't bother giving further explanations, two days past since Baldev was taken to jail, no one bothered to visit him, he saw his father and Ranvi few times when the came to talk to Rajveer. The amount of pain he felt could not be expressed in words.
Rajveer near a cliff, on phone
Rajveer: Veeraji, that Baldev.
Veera: Rajveerji why do you sound so tense.
Rajveer: Veeraji am very sorry to inform you but...
Veera: but, what
Rajveer: Baldev ran away from jail, we had a small fight, he slipped over the edge of the cliff, I did try saving him but I couldn't, am sorry Veeraji but he is no more.
The ground below her was snatched as Rajveer's words echoed in her ears.
Veera: BALDEV
Chaiji: What happened Veera.
Veera (crying) Moti Chaiji, Rajveerji phoned, he...he..waaas saayying that mmy b..bald..ev is no more, he fell from the ... cliff.
Veera hugged Chaiji, after saying that, soon the news spread through out the pind. Baldev's dead body was never found, but a truth definitely came to surface.
Veera was completely heart broken and didn't eat or drink anything since that day, seeing that Bansuri started melting towards her but did not show.
SS family at Balwant's house, two days after baldev died.
Ratan: Bhaisaab am sorry to ear what happened.
Ranvi: All this is happening because of Baldev.
Gunjan: Ranvi at least now stop blaming baldev veerji.
Ranvi: What am I saying wrong, if baldev did not steal money from tayaji and used that to by illegal alcohol, nothing would have happened.
Gunjan (crying): no, that's wrong because I was the one who took the money I..I was scared that day and didn't say anything. I had lost money in gambling and mortgaged the bangle Ratan beeji had given me. I needed money to get it back, I couldn't ask anyone because they would ask questions.
Veera: If baldev didn't do that matlab I don't think that alcohol bottles would be his.
Simran (guilty): Yes, veera those were of mine and my mom's. I am sorry everyone.
Gurpreet: What are you saying.
Simran: At least now stop lying mom, because of our lying, someone has died, I was always wrong, life is not a film, in the end it is only death no happy ending.

Guilt gripped Veera's heart, knowing the fact that she didn't support her love, when he needed her the most, she felt the helplessness what baldev had felt when he was in jail, when no one trusted him. Her heart hurt, she didn't feel that bad even when she got to know her birth truth. Her legs started going weaker and after a while she fainted.
Ratan: Veera, Veera, what happened.
Bansuri: Ratan, after Baldev's death she hadn't eaten anything, I think she is weak, let's take her to the room.
Veera in Baldev's room.
Bansuri: Veera puttar, eat something you are very weak.

Baldev went without saying a word, he didn't go back home, he started walking away from the pind, unaware that some one was following him, he continued walking until he reached an isolated area with a cliff nearby.
Rajveer: Baldev what are you doing here, shouldn't you be in jail.

Rajveer: You are more innocent than I thought, did you think all that happened in your life since I came was a coincidence, no it wasn't, I did all that to get my revenge.
