Sana Khan, boyfriend held in another assault case

A day after Mirror reported about actor Sana Khan's boyfriend assaulting actor Sahil Khan in a Gym, Amboli police has now arrested the duo in an another assault case. This time, the actor and her beau were held for assaulting a real estate agent who refused to pay back their money.
According to the police, the incident occurred ten days ago when Sana and her boyfriend Ismail Khan went to Aviva hospital in Andheri West to meet the victim, Poonam Khanna. According to the statement given by Khanna, she was admitted in the hospital due to ill health and this information was known by the accused. They sent their domestic help to call Khanna down. The duo then asked her for their money but she refused to pay up. The three got into a heated argument and Ismail allegedly pushed the victim.Sana too, came forward and thrashed her. Both allegedly threatened her, saying that they had good underworld connections and would get her killed. Khan na registered a complaint of molestation and threatening against theduo on Tuesday after she got out of the hospital.
Poonam told the police that she had met Sana and Ismail nearly three months ago when Sana was looking for a flat. She advised her to book a flat in Altamonte Tower, which was coming up in Malad East. Sana paid her Rs 4 lakh as payment for the booking, but later decided to withdraw. Subsequently, Khanna refused to to return the money, saying that it was her fees for the advise which would not be refunded. The duo had been after her ever since. Both the accused have been presented in Andheri court remanded to judicial custody
