The episode begins with Radha thinking to herself that she can not let this deal to go through. She asks someone if she can talk to Mr. Chaabra but he says Mr. Chaabra is out with Mr. Adhiraj Shergill.
Mandira is talking to a lawyer saying they have to fight this case. She finally throws the phone down angrily and starts crying. She says this is her property. Avi sits next to her and starts consoling. She leans on his shoulder and her mascara gets smeared on his shirt.
Radha comes to where Mr. Chaabra and Adhiraj are playing pool and she walks in even as the secretary tells her not to. She starts telling Mr. Chaabra that this man is not a good man. He doesn't respect anyone. He has no feelings of sympathy for anyone. He understands only business and deals, not humans and relationships. She keeps repeating how can he hand over this hospital to such a man. Mr. Chaabra says Mr. Adhiraaj is her new boss, the new owner of this hospital. And she dares to insult him? He demands that she give Adhiraj some respect. Adhiraj says 'hey ladki' to Radha and asks her if she's heard everything she needs to....and if she'll leave on her own or if she has to be kicked out like before. Radha is walking away disappointed and Adhiraj tells Mr. Chaabra that the hospital employees are very disrespectful.
Mandira is asking Avi if he has thought about a house, where he can shift his family. Avi says he doesn't need to think about because his thaai takes care of all that. She tells him she feels bored after he leaves, in such a big house. She tells him that this could benefit both of them. She won't be as bored and their family will get a house if they move in here. Avi says he will surely talk about this with his family.
Radha finds a crowd (all the nurses) in the middle of the hall in the hospital. When she goes there, she finds Mr. chaabra there. He tells them that he will miss them all a lot. Radha tries to talk to him and he replies that good behavior used to be so important to this hospital. Radha agrees and she says she now understands. He says its okay. ( i'm sorry...the connection was really bad here...I didn't get the whole...)
Everyone wonders that sir made a decision but what now? what will happen? Kekti and Sajni think that now new changes will come to the hospital with the new boss. It will be very new and rich from now on. Radha says as far as she knows, no such thing will happen. Because Adhiraj is a very selfish man and they will probably face tough times from now on.
Gifts are being passed out to all the nurses...and they're all collecting them happily. The guy calls out Radha's name and she collects hers angrily. Everyone is thinking there's an envelope inside the bag too. Everyone opens the envelope to find out they've been let go. They no longer have their respective jobs at the hospital. Everyone is shocked and Gauri says what will happen now? Just then, Adhiraj Shergill is shown coming in. Radha thinks she knew something bad will happen but she never knew everyone will be fired this way. Some of them start crying. Finally Adhiraj shows up there and looks at their sad faces. Only Radha is looking at him angrily. The episode ends on his face.
What else did Radha expect? If the building was going to be demolished, she surely didn't expect they'd still have their jobs😳
