The episode begins with Adhiraj Shergill stopping, giving Radha a cursory glance and continue walking, disinterested. Radha continues calling out to him and Adhiraj Shergill angrily says to his associates that he doesn't talk to everyone who crosses his path. He tells them to ask her to leave. Radha is asked to leave or else a police complaint will be filed against her.
Radha comes home disappointed and everyone asks her what happened. She tells them about her unsuccessful meeting with Adhiraj. Everyone is worried and Radha tells Aaji not to worry. Yash mentions something his friend told him - the neigbhoring chawl has also been bought off by a big businessman in the same way. Megs says now there is no way they can save this house.
Mandira is in her room, depressed. Avi asks her what's wrong and Mandira tells him that yesterday it was their anniversary. Her husband didn't come...he didn't even bother to wish her. And the gift she recieved from him were divorce papers. Avi is shocked and he tries to console her. He tells her she should try to talk to her husband. Mandira says that won't do anything. All that matters to her husband is money. She turns to find Avi also lost in thought. She asks him what the matter is and he tells her about what happened with Adhiraj Shergill. He finishes off saying he doesn't know what to do. Mandira says Adhiraj is a very powerful businessman.

Chamcham was sooo cute. He comes into the nurses' room dancing and accidentally runs into Ketki.😆 He's about to fall back when she stops him from falling by putting her arm out from teh back. (basically like a hero stops a heroine from falling😆) Chamcham keeps staring into her eyes and calls her Pushpa😆 She pushes him away embarassed and starts yelling at him and leaves from there. Chamcham is about to leave to get them all chai when he remembers that Adhiraj Shergill is in the hospital. He starts boasting about how he served the great Adhiraj a cup of coffee.
Mandira gives Avi a gift and Avi reluctantly accepts it. He opens it to find a new sweater. She asks him to wear it right then and he wears it. He has trouble putting the sweater on and Mandira starts laughing, saying this is what she loves about him. He can make her laugh all the time. In their struggle of fixing his sweater, they both fall on the bed next to each other and start laughing. He thanks her and the camera zooms in a document labeled '10 Rs'
Adhiraj is telling Mr. Chabra that this hospital deal is not profitable for him. If this is all the money he's getting, then he doesn't like it. Radha wonders what he's talking about. She spots Adhiraj and is shocked. As soon as he leaves, she goes into Mr. Chaabra's office and says she knows the man that just left. She knows that he's not a good man. She requests the boss not to make a deal with that man. Mr. Chabra says he knows his work. He also knows Adhiraj very well and he's a very good businessman. He requests her not to interfere with her work. Nothing will happen to the hospital.
The nurses are all together when new comes on the TV that the city's most successful businessman, Adhiraj Shergill has taken over Chaitana hospital. Everyone is shocked. They are confused as to why no one told them about this take-over. Now what will happen to them all? Ketki says he will definitely demolish the building and everyone will lose their jobs. Just then the matron comes in and turns the TV off. Gauri says the news reporter said Adhiraj Shergill is taking over the hospital. The matron says it must all be a rumor. Until they get a formal report from the managemnet, they don't have to believe any such thing. Shraddha mentions that Adhiraj had come to visit the hospital. The matron says this could have been a personal meeting. She tells them all to get back to work.
Radha thinks that her fear had come true. Adhiraj Shergill is trying to not only buy their house and chawl, but also the hospital. She watches as he's walking away right in front of her and she thinks is it too late to stop this? Have they lost everything? Just then his phone rings and he says 'it's confirmed. it's mine!'😡 Radha is shocked.
Precap: Mr. Chabbra and Adhiraj are playing pool and Radha tells Mr. Chabbra that it's not right to sell the hospital to such a man. Mr. Chabbra tells her to respect her new boss. Adhiraj asks her if she will leave on her own or should he have her kicked out like yesterday?😡
