Muslim laws are very difficult.

Muslim law are not difficult but cv make it difficult
First of all divorce is very disliked by Allah
They should not show divorce at first place
Second intentional Halala is haram in Islam
They are presenting Islam in a wrong way

Sorry but do u know anything about Islamic laws that u didn't learn from tv shows? They're not showing anything according to Islam, please understand that it's only a fictional show, and not a religious one, I don't watch shows based on hinduism or christianity and think whatever they're showing is true. For me to form an opinion, i'll need to do proper research first

If zain was soo much in love...he should not have divorced her in first place..😕 He never tried to get to the root of problems...he easily used his right of divorcing granted by the religion he is following then y did he not tried following the principle of forgiveness??? F.I.Y in islam relative of a victim who is murdered can actually forgive the murderer and free him...now in this case he dint even let her speak or justify...kaha gayi thi uski so called beintehaa mohabbat??...

U offend ppl nd say no offence to anyone..hw easy is that..👏

It's not difficult at all. Halala nikaah is a big test and punishment for the man who divorce his wife. Allah has set very good rules and punishment for the ones who make a mistake. And this halala thing should not be showed on TV. Zain should have not divorced Aliyah then things wouldn't have got so complicated. But it's a show ... So they are doing this to drag the track and add masala. So don't blame Islam for it

Why a Man has right to give divorce? A women can not divorce his husband?

In other community it take time to get divorce, it is not given immediately or in 3 months.

Even a court allow 6 month period for settlement.

Zain alone is not responsible for everything. WHy Aliya has not told him that it was her parents fault.

She spent a night with Zain before 3rd divorce. She had enough time, complete night to explain.

Yes what ever I am watching , I am describing.

Khula is the right of a woman to seek a divorce from her husband in Islam . khula allows a woman to initiate a divorce through the mutual consent of a judicial decree.

So u dont knw islam...so please stop passing judgements..

And about y cant a women say talakh...u r well aware of the mood swings v women have..if out of rage during an argument women are prone to take things emotionally nd so keep saying talakh everytime they r pissed off with their husbands ( esp during mood swings). So khula is the way women can seek divorce.

And about y cant a woman go back to her husband if he wants her back after 3rd talakh is...dis dude was given 3 chances to reconcile and so itz in best interest of women that it is set to get married to other man..rather than being humiliated again nd again..

And if that marriage too doesnt work or the husband dies she can marry da first one..

lemme say my opinion...

acorording to me sharia laws are awesomely accurate and they are soo simple to follow

Aap sirf ek daily soap dekh kar Islamic laws ko kabhi judge nahi kar sakti hai. kyunki ye daly soaps kabhi islamic laws follow hi nahi karti...just rad quran and hadees...you would surely feel enlightened..because islam give importance on every single matter...from A to Z...it teaches you the principles of Life...BTW i feell halala is very important..guess why...marriage ka uska ek matlab hoti hain...Islam gives great respect to Marriage...it is soo important...it should be not a loose tie...so to teach the importance of marriage halala has resulted very good...Halala also show the importance of women...no other relgion can bring out such wonderful laws other than islam...please aap jaa kar quraan aur haddees mein reference search kariye...instead of some silyl soap

personally my aunt divorced her husband due to some personal problem

my female cousin divorced her husband due to some personal problem just after a month of marriage and she remarried just a week ago

both the divorces were initiated by my aunt and cousin repectiively

You don't know about Islam rules right ? 😳How come you can understand it and call it difficult ? Firstly they have not shown correct process of Talaq and Iddah ! Stupid cvs even shortened the period of Iddah to move their story😡Allah knows everything and there is betterment in every rule He has made ! Aliya shouted enough but at the end she has to follow religion !
