If Ishani starts loving RV now it will not be love but opportunism. She's so far loved Chirag and this love can't cease even if she comes to know about the reality of Chirag. Ishani has never loved nor could feel the love RV had for her. Ishanis love now would be fake and inspired by RV's money position and the compulsions from family. If she regrets and accepts RV as an old friend can be a true feeling but not a romantic love.
