Yes this what I also think about he heard her but as Ishita is feeling lots embarrassed he preferred to negate it.. but when he said she's going to say it one day something here is to be understood.
Hope not like in other shows they are getting separated then Ishita will tell him about her feelings we are fed up with this separation saga.
