Hi everyone...

Halala or Gunnah..

Is it not a grave sin if Aaliyan and Rehan get married with the intention that Rehaan will divorce Aaliyah in order for her to go back to Zain? I mean marriage is not a joke.. And re-marrying a man so she can get back to her former husband,, I think it's wrong

absolutely dear its a sin if a girl marry someone else with the intention to get back to his first husband and its not allowed in islam...it will only be justified if the secong husband divorcde the girl with his own chioce...

p.s...regarding the story,i am damn confused wht they are heading towards

So I asked my mom and she that it's a sin to marry with that intention... and that aliya well have to consummate her second marriage... but I think that's messed up like she well do all that for going back to zain

It is a huge sin...that's why I'm so damn annoyed that the Qazi told Aliya has to do Halala nikah.

They keep on stressing on the fact that ZaYa marriage is gunah but Halala seems right to them.

I hope the makers don't ignore this fact cuz it's not a small thing.

It is a sin to marry with intention to divorce, this is why I am proud of Aaliya for saying no.
