Title: Vows to the Nation, Bidaai of an old chapter for a new chapter in Praja's life!
We start when everyone left praja alone and Pratap with the help of Chakrpani brings a small havan kund- and asks Ajabdeh if she is willing to take vows in regards to their motherland, to keep the prajaa and welfare of this land at the highest priority as he has done and will continue to do, she agrees while they circle the sacred fire!
Vows to the Nation- first vow -both have always seen the nation and its people above all, and today they made a personal vow in the presence of Agnidevta that the land that is so pure and honourable to to them will always be their priority. When you are king there is no private life, you are the servant of the people and of the land!
second vow- that Ajabdeh would not get in the way of his dharma/kartavya and would stop anyone else from making the same mistake too! So basically she is the protector of his welfare and we have seen in the past that indirectly she has saved his life on various occasions!
third vow - For Pratap- motherland is first, his Ranimaa is second, and then lastly her, Ajabdeh
Ajabdeh asks for a promise- that Pratap will always keep the greater good in mind when taking a decision and not a personal gain!
These promises are what kept Pratap going all his life, he lived in the jungles without any help. This is the sad part of this great nation, that people think about their own gain first, but what they need to think about is - that is what they are doing is it right or wrong, doing the right thing could leave you all alone for a day or two but doing the wrong thing would leave a taint on you forever! Pratap may have been alone then but today we say his name with so much respect and reverence!
Chakrapani- the witness-he is the lifelong witness to all of Pratap's great moments, and even today he made those vows possible because if he hadnt given the havan kund, there wouldnt be any vows lol!
Praja joking around- was funny, very sweet scene!
Bidaai scene- very beautiful one, the one part that really touched my heart was what Ajabdeh said to Rawatji, she tried to bow down to him, but he said no, but she says that I should do shaatang to a Mama who gave me a lifetime of love just in a few days! such beautiful words! Rawatji was in tears- today she made a rajput yodha almost cry! hehe!
HB-AJabdeh bidaai- so sweet and sad, she was sooo paniky, poor lady!
Bidaai scenes are always hard to watch, especially for parents, I remember my parents crying at someone else's bidaai years ago thinking that one day they would have to do the same for their daughter hehe!
precap- Ajabdeh is welcomed by all and DB nazar lag rahi hai! grrr!
