👏 Indian bollywood productions have taken a big step in the past ten years and the content we see on the big screen is NOTHING like what we used to see before. The audience followed the changes and bollywood keeps growing strong.
Now i don't understand why this change doesn't appear on tv screen also? What wee see today on screen is the same stuff that we used to see 15 years ago. Same tracks, same characters, same drama.
Cv's are imaginative, that's for sure (they do come up with original story line) so the problem isn't there. But why does their shows end up in the usual spiral of saas-bahu drama? Is it the race after TRP that damages there imagination and pushes them to go back to basic year after year, soap after soap? Did the audience give them clear indication that they didn't want to see anything else than saas bahu tracks?
Tell me if i'm wrong : we can clearly say that YHM's popularity has been growing in the past few months. (let's take IF chaska meter as an indicative : we are now n1) but at the same time, quality of the show has be lowering, especially regarding the main female lead. Can we say that the audience is more comfortable with typical saas bahu show?
