Wondering whos Chintu?Well thts yet another new name i hv givn for Raman...😆😆...See its too long to say Raman-Shravan..😆😆.. And Raman already calls Shravan as Tingu...So i found a name rhymin with "Tingu" n de diya Raman ko yeh naam-Chintu...😆😆... I will call him Chintu whenevr he behaves as DOST of Tingu..😆😆..Chintu is NOT an avtar of Raman...Its just a nickname i hv givn him for he being frnz with Tingu..Rest Chintu's nature is still the mix of all shades of Raman...😆😆...

After dealing with day long hungamas coz of he resigning from presidentship,Raman ws returning back his home..!! Raman badly needed peace...And tht can happen only if he has some1 who understands him n giv him support in the resignation act without questionin the reason for his act..!!He cant reveal the reason n unless he tell the reason,he knw ppl wnt understand/support him too esp his family..!! So yeh sab sochke banda bahut pareshaan tha aur usi pareshaan mein khud bol raha tha apne aap se ki wish he got someone who understands him..😆..After a second he said this monologue,he saw Shravan too sayin similar monologue tht will anyone understand him?No one is understanding him...😆...That ws the signalling moment for the start of Chintu-Tingu's Amar Dosti Ki Kahani..😆😆...Both were wishin for some1 to understand them..And CHAMATKAAR(no this is NOT IshRawala chamatkar i am talkin about..😆😆)...God made these two mele mein bichde types frnz met out of the blue...😆😆..Back to scene, seeing Tingu akele akele talkin shalkin,he asked him wht the matter?Y is Chintu's Sher aka Tingu so silent then?...Ok before proceeding further..i wanna say whenvr Raman says TINGU..i so hv this feel of pullin cheeks of BOTH Tingu n the person who calls him Tingu...😆😆...But alas tht can happen only in my imaginations...😆...Back to scene,Chintu continued to ask him did he had fight with Ruhi?To which Shravan replied its not Ruhi its evryone else..😆😆...So Raman asked again tht his sher ko kisne daanta...And Shravan frustrated hoke...apni pagadi nikaalke told-"yeh bade log bhi na yaar...kuch samajhte hi nahi hai...bas tokte rahte hai aur daante rahte hai.." 🤣🤣...aww my tingu...my cute lil bachcha..come here...BIG HUG to u...😆🤗...Bhavesh who plays role of Tingu ws SPOT ON in tht scene..👏👏..Poor baby...kitna frustrated aur sad tha...Last nite his parents were in full on rok tok lecture mode to him..Hence ws feelin so lonely lonely...😆..And there he got his best company in his Raman Chithappa aka his new found frnd-Chintu with whom he just then shared his CRITICAL PROBLEM OF HIS LIFE,which i mentioned above...😆😆..Back to scene,hearin tht prob of Tingu, Raman had a sarcastic chuckle on his face...😆😆...This is wht Chintu tried to convey thru his chukle-"chalo koi toh hai jiska haal kinda mere jaisa hai...Thank God i am not the only one in this "nobody understands me" shit..😆😆.."..And he proved me rite when he voiced out same next moment aftr chuckle..😆😆...Back to scene,aftr lettin out a chuckle,Chintu told Tingu that-"Yaar problem haina hum dono ki same hai.." 🤣🤣...See..din i knew this before?At times,u r so predictable,Chintu..😆😆...Back to scene..Chintu asked Tingu who shouted at him?😆😆..Tingu told everyone...😆😆...Chintu asked did really everyone shout at Tingu?To which he replied-"Haan sab..shravu yeh mat karo...shravu voh mat karo...shravu yeh galat hai..shravu vo galat hai..vo samajhte hai ki main abhi chota sa bachcha hoon..mujhe kuch aata nahi hai.."🤣🤣..Tingu ws TRULY ON FIRE..😆😆..The way he ws sayin those lines..I ws remembered of the way Akshay Kumar's char used to say in one film-"Dont Angry Me 😡.."..😆😆..Haha..Tingu-The Angry Young Boy...😆😆...Nywz back to scene..The look on Chintu's face hearing these lines of Tingu ws PRICELESS..😆😆...Chintu's epic priceless expression ka dialogue version yeh tha which he told in his mind..😆😆..."oh terii...beta tera haal toh kuch zyada hi mere jaisa hai..😲😆...are we the mele mein bichde brothers?😆😆"...Back to scene...Chintu started speaking then..He told does Tingu knw whts the problem?Its Tingu's grandma..😆😆...He continued saying donno wht did Tingu's grandma ate n made these ppl..😆😆..Hearing those lines from Chintu i ws lik-Say what??KUCH BHI...😲😆...Poor Tingu apni prob bata raha tha n u tryin to do chance pe dance on it by givin ur general view abt Madrasi Iyers esp certain Ishita Iyer..oops i meant Ishita Bhalla indirectly?😆😉...Back to scene,as Tingu din knw his tedhe dost Chintu ka intentions..bachche ne seedha jawab de diya.."Idli Khaaye Honge..Aur Kya Khaaye Honge."..🤣🤣..Aiyyoo.. i ws in SPLITS...listenin to tht MOST SEEDHI BAAT NO BAKWAAS type ans from Tingu..🤣🤣..If only tht kid knew wht his Uncle-cum-Dost actually meant...😆😆...Back to scene,Chintu told Tingu-"Tabhi Toh Khud Idli Khaate Hai Aur Hamare Dimaag Ka Dahi Karte Na"..Chintu Kumar u meant Ishita does tht with u rite? omg for me this scene takes the title of MOST CUTEST SCENE in YHM history..👏👏👏...Fabulously scripted n effortlessly n flawlessly enacted by Karan Bhai and Bhavesh..👏👏...

To conclude i can say,Chintu n Tingu ke beech sab cheezon ka zameen aasman ka difference hai..!! Yet the way both bonded in last nite epi on the common ground of problem-none understands them paved way for this unique dosti of Chintu-Tingu.. Na Chintu can understand Tingu's small silly probs aur na Tingu can understand Chintu's big complicated probs..Yet the both were DILSE HAPPY for some time when they were together..!! All both needed ws someone with whom they can talk their heart out...And these two got perfect partners in each other..!! And certainly they din judge each other coz of confessions too...And thtsy they were able to be AT PEACE for few moments forgetting everything else and everyone else around...👏👏👏...And this is wht frnz r for na...If atleast they cant find solution for our probs,atleast try n be a support to us by listenin to our sorrows n they tryin to cheer us up in their own way...Thts exactly wht Chintu n Tingu did to each other BOTH knowingly n unknowingly..!! May this AMAZING ADORABLE UNIQUE Dosti of Chintu-Tingu remain forever n may we get many more such moments..!! OK... I will try and be as concise as possible 😛

I have always had a fascination towards unlikely bonds shown on screen, and even in real life. In YHM, I liked Raman-Bala, Ishita-Romi, and call me crazy, but I also used to have hopes for a good friendship waala bond between Romi and Mihika.

Raman - Shravan was an unexpected bonus for me.

On the face of it, they have nothing in common. Their age, their upbringing, their mental capacity, their emotional maturity are all so starkly different, that other than some cute banter between an 'old' man and a 'child', you dont really expect anything from them. But the way that scene was shot yesterday, and the lines that were given to them were so freaking real, that its given people like me some material to find symbolism. If I am digging too deep, you can tell me 😉

Shravan was scolded by his mom for being around in the kitchen. According to her, his presence there would just him getting burnt or anything. So his 'enthu' should not be entertained by them. His dad again scolded him because he was being rude when he changed the channel when they were watching news. All the poor guy wanted was to help his mom by learning to cook, so she can be a bit relaxed when the new baby arrived.

So Raman is being questioned by his parents for taking rash decisions, and also being so rude because he doesnt want to explain himself to them. All the guy is doing is letting something go so his wife can have her peace of mind

In both cases, they are doing something good, but without announcing it to anyone, and are frustrated because no one seems to understand them. To add to that, both have a penchant for drama. Shravan, well, because he is a child... and Raman, because, he is Raman!

So it was really a classic moment yesterday, when they had 'similar' problems the same time. All they needed was to vent out to someone who'd understand. It didnt matter that none of their problems were solved. Their respective parents will still scold them. But at least they got to release some of their frustration for a minute. That conversation helped them calm down a bit. and made both of them realise that there is someone else who's frustrated too. and for a bond to form, the magnitude of a problem doesnt matter. its just the recognition of the similarity that does.

Both the actors shone in that scene. On Bhavesh's part, his gestures with his hands, his expressions and the way he put his pagdi down, stood up to show how tall he was... all those are makings of a very good actor!

Well aplenty especially when Raman calls him words like sher, tiger and mere raja 😆 and the way Shravu is like ek ho toh batao and when Raman learns everyone scolded the poor little thing he was like wow someone with more problems than me 😆

AND then the man does the unpredictable - when does he not right? 🤔 😆 - he blames poor Amma oh if only she had heard what her dear SIL had to say LOL

I swear Shravu' reply Idli khaya hoga aur kya khaya hoga cracked me up 🤣 🤣 🤣 especially because of the way he said it like Duh are you that thick chitappa? 🤣 even his expressions conveyed that bang on 🤣

Okay but I swear I wanted to hug the tyke like really tight when he said he wants to help his Amma as he knows once he has his baby sis she would be so busy what a thoughtful little boy - really living up to his name ain't he?

Also did you catch how Raman kinda imitated him with tu kya kadega? 😆LOL the tyke really de-stressed him enough that he could actually ape him and then went on to share the story of how he got busted by his Ishita Chitti 😆 and then came the moment which really had me ROFLing when Shravu stands up and says he would help Raman solve his problems since he is all grown up and tall too and stands to prove the same 😆

And of course then the cute bit about boys promise

I so want more of Raman Shravu or in your words Chintu - Tingu from now on...

Seriously how beautiful was that scene though the little boy who has such amazing parents needed someone to understand him for once because both of them played bad cops and Raman became the good cop/friend to him and Raman just needed to talk to someone who would lend him a patient ear, not ask questions, demand explanations or even judge him and he found that in the kid.

Also somewhere it broke my heart for Raman all over again - this scene so showed he is so amazing with kids and the man is hated by his own son - oh the cruel ways of life and destiny.

Coming to Chintu-Tingu's friendship (loving the name you gave btw!), how adorable was that? You said it, they totally looked like mele mein bichde brothers,🤣 in fact I had a hard time deciding who was cuter! Shravan was fuming over his family's rok tok and Raman was complaining about his. Again struck by how good this man is with kids, it's always a treat to watch with Ruhi but here we saw another side of him, that side that can get down to being a kid enough himself and share the relatively trivial problems of Shravan by being a friend to him. He looked so irked and worried about his family's reaction to the resignation as he got down from the car but seeing Shravu lamenting about his situation, he forgot his own troubles for a while and started smiling. That tiger par daanta kisne tujhe? It made me a grin and aw at the same time! You know like how best friends can't take it when others are being mean to one and instantly say just tell me who it was and I'll see them, it gave me the same feeling. ❤️

Shravan too seeing that he had a humdard in Raman, started venting out by saying grown ups didn't understand anything (Raman was successfully entered to the club of kids there since Shravan clearly didn't consider him to be one of those grownups at least not at that moment. Haye! What a cute dosti! Muah to both!😛). I loved how Raman came to sit near him on the stairs as if he didn't have anything else to do but listen to Shravan, he gave him all his attention and beech beech mein he showed how much he understood him by sharing his problems in turn, I cracked up at the idli part too! Both were so serious that it made it all the more hilarious and I was like Shravan, dost milne ki khushi mein, you've forgotten to side with your paati and South Indian roots huh?🤣 But I get you Shravu, I was completely under the charm of Mr Raman Kumar Bhalla there too.😳

And he brought up the dosa wali baat jaise ke bahut badi problem ho, these two guys sach mein were making as if they were the most oppressed two people in the world and could understand each other because unhe oppress karne wale both Iyer girls hi hai.🤣 Whereas we both know how much they love them, the proof being both got scolded doing something for the same Iyer girls. Shravan learning to make rotis to help his mamma and Mr RKB making dosas to manaofy his JKR.❤️😳 So yup, that officially becomes one of my favourite boys' moments of YHM! :))

And that boy's promise! Awwie! These two were such darlings that can't help hope to see more of them dosti in future.❤️

Perfect song to describe the bonding of Chintu & Tingu. With that moment, we got one more smashing friends jodi added to the long list of beautifully portrayed relationships in YHM. Is it any wonder we love this show so much? I guess not! :D

So, glad that not only you ended up writing a 7th YHM topic in a row but also the post was so awesome and was in this new found adorable dosts.
The most wonderful thing about YHM for me other than the IshRa and Ru has always been the bonding they show in the show. Except the villains, pretty much everyone's relation is really heart warming and I love how YHM focus on it.They are all like a big family, they fight, they get angry, they manofy each other, sometime just shower pure love on each other. Their relation is not always only fun or of fighting but a mixture of both and that's so relatable. YHM is really makes it name comes true in this sense.
I had scene a glimpse of the adorable pair Raman and Shravan could be after the madrasi speech by Raman and yesterday I saw I was right. They had looked adorable when they were disagreeing with each other then and now they look even more adorable while they are consoling each other.
Yesterday, RKB was scared was of the scolding or maybe complete ignorance he is going to face from his father and even though he is doing the right thing, no one understands him. 😭😆 Then he sees Shravu, who was also doing the right thing and has already went through his share of scolding and was pouting at the world and it's not so understanding adults.😆😆
Chintu ne usse dekha and usse uska jeevan saathii mill gaya.😆😆 Chintu was like, "Alo, mera humsafar."
When Chintu heard about Tingu's problem, he realised how similar there problem, he was immediately able to sympathise. Isn't that adorable? Two people, one older, another just a small kid, the life they lead is completely different and yet they were both connected by the same problem.
When Chintu blamed Tingu's grandma, I was like, agar yeh grandma nahi hoti na toh na yeh Tingu hota toh naa yeh madrasan wife hoti, aur aise issi grandma ke baat karke indirectly baato baato mein apni Ishu ka naam nahi le pate. 😉😆 Dekho, what's our Chintu has become, he can't go a day without mentioning his wife to someone, indirectly or directly.
And Tingu's answer was just, 🤣🤣. Like you said Seedhi baat no bakwas. 🤣🤣
If only Tingu knew about his friend's true intentions. 🤣

This lines, even though Chintu was talking about everyone is general I felt like this was an indirectly related to Ishu's lecture.😆😆 But anyway, at that moment I really felt for Chintu, poor thing. No wonder he was so epic sad moments before about how no one understands him and then he when he met Chintu he was so happy.
For those moments both Chintu and Tingu were able to be tension free from their life and just enjoy each other company and sympathise with each other. This is a lovely friendship in making.
Then, Tingu and Chintu resloved to share their problem in the future and to understand each other. Like you said, they would never truly understand each other problem with the huge difference in their life but as far as they have a shoulder to lean on, what does it matter? I am so looking forward to the problem these two are going to share with each other, 90% of which will have Matangi from Chintu's side in it and the bonding we are going to see.
By the way, I really love the song you chose, Jaane Kyun from Dostanna. Perfect for those two's budding friendship.
Awesome post NIkki, you don't do or get the chance to do topics on other than IshRa most of the time but you always make amazing post when you do post on other pairs. I really loved your Raman-Ruhi topic during the accident scene and Ishita-Ruhi topic you had written once.
PS- Is it possible to launch Tamatar Kumar too? I don't know, by sharing your thought on the most adorable tamatar moments. 😉🤣

Yeahhh Raman -sharavu aka Chintu-Tingu male to male convo ws epic cute and hilarious...one of the cutest scenes in YHM so far...come to think of it!! A convo btwn a small kid who may be 7 or 8 and a grown up man in his thirties...but they made it sooo sooo realistic...i could very much relate with their combo cos in my family itself there is such a strange yet cute combo...not uncle-nephew though 😆...they are cousins, one s d eldest and the other is the youngest among all...32 and 7 respectively 🤣🤣. It s always a treat to watch them together u kno😆 soo when I saw Raman engaging himself in a frndly cute convo with shravu...I was literally saying AWWW 😳😳 I luvd their entire convo ❤️...
When Raman ws blaming Amma's food I ws like HAwww😲 ( Raman has got a tendency to blame Appa's lungi and Amma's food every now and then on Ishu's face too...waise that s typical husband wala harkat ...wifeys ke khandan ko chedghani krna apna haq samjhthe hain ye log😡 MY khud ka appa is a master of that art😳 ..but ofcourse in a funny way🤣) but in the next moment that kiddooo cracked me up by his innocent answer..IDLI KHAAYE HONGE AUR KYAA KHAAYE HONGE???? !!!! Awweee whata cute answer ws that👏🤗...poor kiddooo ws totally cluless that his chittappa ws mocking his entire IyER khandaan by that sarcastic qstn abt what food Amma would ve had for giving birth to her kids 🤣 And heyyy one more thing I donno whether u noticed that or not?? The whole point is how CVs make each scene realistic and close to our hearts. Great work and 👏 👏 for the beautiful thought and the amazing acting by the kid who matched the "KP" himself 😆 😆

Ok this whole Raman n Shravu scenes reminded me of cute Dhara oil ad Jalebiii wala 😆 where theres a cute kid at d station who says I have run from home as no one understands me 😆 sabb mujhpe gussa karate hai main ghar chodke ja raha hun 😆

Jab Tingu ne apnea problems bat aye CHintu khush hogaya ki chalo koi toh hai mere jaisa laachar 😆 Then he too shared ki no one understands him. Note here ki he was ok listening RUhi ki burai just to make shravu happy Ruhi ko pata chal gaya toh kaccha chaba jayegi 😆

Fir Shravan said how he was trying to help his mom but uski mom ne usko help Karne nahi diya n that reminded Chintu of How he ordered Dosa n JKR caught his cheating 😉 basically both of them were trying to help concerned parties but they didn't see the help behind TINGU/ CHINTU actions 😆 N unko daant padi 😆 Aww shonu bacchaas dono k dono 🤗😆

Ultimately CHintu was like "Sab teri paati ki galti hai pata nahi kya kha ke paida kiya hai" For that Tingu in CHintus style replied "Idli hi khaya hoga" even Chintu cudnt fail but admire his 0.1 version 😉 heheh then CHintu was like "Idli toh khud khate hai lekin dimaag ka humare dahi karte hai" 😆 n Tingu completely agreed to it 😆 Beech mein CHintu got deviated from topic n started thinking of his CHinky but as u said it looked like a blooper from CVs 😆

End mien both made a pact for life which will grow more in the long run 😆 Boys Promise ki they will share each other k Problems , i wud really hope that CHintu n UK will go to tiNGU for problems related to Pataofying Chinky coz Tingu might not or might b experienced too in this matter but he knows a thing or two about women psychology 😉🤣

Overall both KP N Bhavesh nailed this scene well n it was best scene according to me in todays YHM 😆 short n sweet 🤣

Omg Nikki. ..7th post in a row👏...YHM addiction toh thaa hi...now looking out for your posts after every episode has become a ritual too😊...so glad you made this post on this super adorable scene today...

Can I start by saying that YHM is what it is because of these very very unique adorable bonds between characters other than the main leads...be it Ishita-bala, Raman-Mihir, Ishita-Romi or Mr Iyer - Raman. ..all well etched and different bonds...my favorite though has always been Ruhi-Raman😃...my face lights up with a smile whenever both of them are in the same frame..even if there isn't a single dialogue...just seeing them together gives a happy waala feeling.

Today I just found another sunshine couple😆...chintu-tingu😆...nikki...really you just called the mighty RKB chintu?😆...chal koi nahi ...I actually do love Rishi Kapoor in his 80s romances..esp I see a lot of KP in the Tu..tu hai wohi song...😊...so maaf kiya😆.

Coming to the scene...we had seen glimpses of this potential jodi in the post Tamil speech scene...main kisee se nahi dadhta😆 waala but today was just too adorable. It reminded me of the SRK - cute sardar boy scene from KKHH...where he goes to the most innocent and unpartial person in that summer camp to resolve his life's biggest problem...hum ek bar jeete hai..ek baar marte hai. .Pyaar bhi ek hi baar hota hai ...waala scene.

Today was so similar ..Raman needed to vent...ideally he would have just lost his temper on his employees or some random people...but glad the CVS decided to do something so cute and different.

Raman at times resembles a child trapped in a man's body..his silly tantrums..childish pranks..and pure impulsive innocence. ..and it's not a wonder he feels at ease with kids (ahem..I was suddenly reminded of a line from someone's interview I read earlier today...cough cough..let's not go there...anyways the lines between reel and real seem really blurry off late😳). And shravu is at that typical ' I am a grown up adult not a kid anymore' phase ...and that's what makes this exchange so adorable.

And it doesn't hurt that tingu also is picking up his chitappa's one liner maarne ki aadat...I cracked up at 'Idli aur kya'😆. It would be adorable to see shravu idolize RKB completely in the future and the Iyer' s reaction to that😆.

My reaction and am sure the audience reaction would have been very similar to Ishita's expression as she overhears them at the end of that scene...btw..did she really call RKB a moti choor ka laddoo? OMG woman...really what all are you thinking nowadays😆😳

Anyways coming back to the scene...special mention to your bhai Nikki..I think it's his bond with the kids offscreen that makes these scenes so special..be it with Ruhi or Shravu. .they talk like normal kids would and laugh and giggle from the heart..like the cap you have put with this post. A big round of applause to KP for his patience and giving his 100 perc to every scene with every Co actor..however tingu they are😆.

Ending my rant with a hope to see more of this adorable jodi in the coming weeks...would be interesting to see Ruhi play agony aunt to Ishita and Shravu to Raman in the confession phase😳.fingers crossed.
