Aastha having grandly issued the challenge is facing the heat, missing her husband like crazy and tossing and turning on the bed, unable to sleep a wink. Her mutterings and restlessness awaken Jyoti too who rightly points put that she is used to Shlok😆😆😆😆😆, hence she is unable to sleep. She was like please put me out of my misery,😭😭😭 I need my beauty sleep too and after having a baby, my sleep has already gone for a toss, so just go to your room and hug your teddy bear. He he HE He he...😉😉
Aastha flips thro some pics of her dear darling pathidev on her iphone, when she hears the sound of a door click. Thinking it is Shlok, she gets up and peers outside and softly calls his name. Meanwhile, Shlok was able to forget biwi for a while when he was partying with Varad dada. The lighter encounter has only fanned the flames that were burning since morning. Both Aastha and Shlok are unable to sleep as they have been having a long foreplay since morning, from their meeting on the driveway. Shlok is aroused to a fever pitch and frustrated as his DQ is not next to him and is recalling the time when he saw her dressing in the morning, all fresh and dewy eyed, and also their 2nd SR. He thinks to go and have a look at her and then vacillates. The classic quote in hamlet To be or not to be' applies here to Shlok, Should I go or not go'.
Unable to bear it any further, he makes the trip to the room and is standing outside her window pining, when his DQ also comes there, drawn toward him, the invisible string that binds together as one, strong as ever. Aastha too recalls the scene earlier in their room where he tried to seduce her, by the flame of the lighter and she is feeling the pangs of separation and yearns to have his strong arms around her. She expresses her deepest feelings by saying that she does not know what emotion drew her to him just that it did , to which her pathidev thinks that it is those feelings precisely that drew him to her from the very beginning and he too cannot bear to be apart from her. Shlok is overjoyed, triumphant, pleased as punch and his heart warmed to its deepest corner on hearing her confessing that she too can't bear to be apart from him, she needs him like she needs air to breathe and every waking moment of hers is filled with his name and his thoughts only. Aastha finally decides to go and turn in for the night when her dupatta is tugged from behind. She is shy, hesitant, feeling relieved, ecstatic that her Shlok came to her, showing her that he too cannot bear to be away from her and softly asks him to leave her. Shlok is taken aback when he hears her calling his name and takes a quick peek and finds that her dupatta is snagged on a nail. He is unable to control his mirth and delight at her predicament and has to use both his hands over his mouth to stifle the chuckle that is escaping from his throat.😆 Aastha, turns and is embarrassed by her finding no one there and then mentally shakes herself out of the thought and goes to catch her 40 winks. DID BOTH OF THEM GET SOME SHUT EYE, I HAVE MY DOUBTS.😃😃😃
The day of the Mehendi dawns and the festoons and fripperies and the decor are soothing and beautiful. Must say the blue was a nice touch and Pathidev is thrilled at the results. The family is dressed in fine clothes and all are looking stunning when Shlok comes down fiddling with his DHOTI. Varad, Sojal, Anjali and Aastha break out into peals of laughter on seeing him and they are unable to stop themselves. Anjali, the indulgent ayi asks her laadli bahu to go and aid her clueless pathidev and adjust his dhoti for him. Setting aside the stranger game for the moment, she goes and tugs and pulls the dhoti into place. Both were looking so HOT and cute here, OMG, can't get over it. Shloky bear in white and blue was just looking fabulous. 👍🏼
THE BEARD IS FINALLY BACK. YAYA YA YA ... The last few days, we all noticed the stubble and it is here to stay to our eternal delight, our happiness knows no bounds.
Jaya lands up at AM and rushes off to Anjali to give her a bear hug and then greets her daughter and grand daughter. Anjali has mellowed and changed so much that her softness is visible in her words, that Jaya is left gaping like a fish at the transformation. Aastha goes off to escort Jyoti and she finds her very beautiful and happy. They have a nice bonding here. Anaya is truly an angel. No ayah to look after the baby, just a couple of pillows to break her fall. Tsk tsk tsk..., no baby monitor in sight too, we get these in Pune too, why was one not shown, how will they keep an eye on her?????? Worried for poor Anaya now.
Aastha comes out with Jyoti and sees her Pathidev with a strange girl, holding her hand and talking to her. Her jealousy is up in a flash and she glares daggers at him and then haughtily turns up her nose at him. Shlok meanwhile is on his way somewhere, when he bumps into Ria, Sid's little sis and breaks her fall. They share an eye lock for a bit, more from Ria whose heart went dhak dhak, anybody's would on bumping into a HOT, HANDSOME, ATTRACTIVE STRANGER, WHO LOOKED LIKE SHLOK.😃 Then he gazes at his wife with a wicked gleam in his eyes that is full of retribution for flaunting her beauty before him like a RED FLAG. He teases her by throwing some flowers on her beautiful sari clad behind when Aastha is secretly revelling in the attention given to her by Shlok. She of course makes a pretense of wanting to hit him and so does he, saying he will give as good as he gets. Both are continuing their foreplay and enjoying it under everyone's nose. THE THRILL OF THE CHASE, THE WANTING, THE WAIT WITH BATED BREATH FOR A LOOK, A KISS IS ALL VERY EXCITING. WANTING TO BE NEAR HER HE CALLS FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHER TO TAKE SOME PICTURE SO THAT HE COULD CONTINUE HIS TEASING HER. BOTH DISPLAYED THEIR CHILDISHNESS BY THEIR ANTICS WHEN THE PICS WERE BEING CLICKED. IT WAS A HOOT AND ALL WERE HAVING A GREAT TIME. LAUGHING AND SMILING TO THEIR HEART'S CONTENT. NA was not around to dampen their enthusiasm and festivities. Wonder what is cooking up in that taklu bald head of his...HHHMMM
Anjali assigns the task of mixing the haldi of the two families into one to Aastha and also says that if Ashlok do it together then Jyoti's happiness would know no bounds. Sojal hears this and feels left out and jealous and her due have not been given to her. Anjali shoos away her sons and Aastha send Kavya to call Shlok, who was looking very cute in her outfit. The 2 pillars are standing and admiring the dcor and flowers when NA walks upto Shlok and hands him the keys to his safe. Tells him to ensure that no stone is left unturned, to make this a grand wedding for his Jyoti. Shlok asks his baba if he is going somewhere and NA replies that he had some work in his study and then later he was going to some NGO to offer donations so that his Jyoti found happiness on this green earth. Huh, Huh... ... Kavya calls her chachu and tells him that chachi is calling him. On asking why, she says bcoz she is so beautiful and Shlok is like huh, uncomfortable, uneasy and squirming under his baba's gaze who has the fake smile plastered on his face. He asks to be excused and off he goes while baba looks on at him with a speculative gleam in his eyes. 😕
2 Things I observed, one when shlok bumps into Ria, was an eyelock necessary???? Nahi my mind was screaming and then when they were showered with flowers, rose petals to boot, I was like what does this mean?????? Anything gonna happen in the future betn these two. Already hating the very thought of seeing Ria with Shlok even for a brief second or two. God, Aastha can you be so stupid and say that he is a bachelor, for Pete's sake woman don't you have any sense. Probably went for a hike as you are frustrated and needing hot kisses and waist grabs from Akdu. 😉
The other thing was when NA handed over the keys to his safe, if he has given to Shlok then no incriminating evidence or docs is PRESENT there. What's need to do this now, at this juncture ????????? Why is he not present at the function????? 😕 What could be more imp that attending your own daughter's wedding??????? You are glad to be rid of her presence from the house, not being there is confusing the heck out of me...
Precap - Aastha stupidly telling Ria that Shlok is not her husband but a neighbour's son and feeling very pleased with herself. You have dug your own grave and serves you right if Shlok IGNORES YOU ROYALLY.
