Oh good song choice for Sumitra.
I think many of us weren't happy with the Mast song choice. This is better. Another peppy song, well, I would like to see some sad or soft romantic song from her.

The Mast song is not as melodious as she can sound, I think. She sang it well, but as they like to say on this show, 'dil ko nahin chhooaa.' And it is not such a song, anyway.

In fact, all the songs in that episode were a little... yawn.. whatever...

Exactly _ Dont even know why Sumitra had to choose the 'Mast' song when there are so many other wonderful high range songs if that is what she wanted to focus on!

what if abhilasha josh mein akar gaye"aye hataa saawan ki ghata'..shudder..

song choices ranged from okay to awful..

arvind i think made it thru..he has a great voice and sings wonderfully too,

ishmit too what a voice

sumithra will perform well today..but is not in my overall top 5 list.

the others i wont really miss.. may be sayantani?...i am most perplexed by karishma..of all the songs to choose from,she chose "golmaal" 😕

I personally think that the contestants dont have the flexibility to choose the songs Ankita.. usually they will be given these songs.. why on earth otherwise Sumitra will choose a Mast or Karishma a Golmaal.. they know what their range is and we know it too... Will they actually commit the blunder themselves? 😕 Who ever - we loose out between Karishma, Aravind, Sayanatani today would be a loss IMO.. Ishmeet and Sumitra will make it, I guess.. and me wont be too sad abt Tanusree or Rohit... I am wondering if there will be a wild card round, and some of these singers can come back.. Knowing Gajji, there will be a round like this for sure, but would he have it before bemisaal 12 or after that would be a question

I agree with most people about not being happy with the song choice of Sumitra but she made it and this is great. Hope in future she proves her versatality by singing all type of songs , soft Melody etc. and she can do wonders. Can't wait to hear Abhilasha again .
I can see Abhilasha , Sumitra , Toshi and Ishpreet amongst the possible top spot.
I heard that Sumitra sang this number with a high fever and no notice - Imagine if she was OK and given proper notice. All the Best to possible finalists listed here !!!
