Its funny to compare one dimensional Ranbir with hrithik and khans. Just take a glance at aamir khan's films the variety shahrukh did with villianous roles to loverboys and then a swades and chakde. Salman's looks his charisma his demand is of another height only Hrithik is good in action, romance and drama. Ranbir has only 1 barfi which is not difficult can be done by anyone. ranbir is only good in goofy characters as it suits him physically, he does not have it in him to look macho strong as a hero.

I think all the good qualities you listed about the other stars are in Ranbir too. He has a variety of films like Aamir...From Wake Up Sid , Rocket Singh, Rajneeti, Barfi to Besharam - all power-packed and top-notch performances. the khans did that VERY late!

He can also do lover or romantic roles, which he did in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, Bachna Ae Haseeno, Anjana Anjai - again strong acting performances.

He has Salman's chairms, and good looks and im sure he can do action as well.
