Today I was thinking that maybe they will show more of the Mansingh entry and how he helps to free Jalal. they may show that side of the story for half the episode, and here I think they may show the other half of the episode where Mali may grab that weapon and try to regroup himself, but Jodha and Ruq may checkmate that again.
I expect that the last scene in today's episode may be Mali trying to again get up and harm Jodha at which point he may be stopped ... by Jalal!
I think this Shenu may follow Jalal to the harem when Jalal escapes from her clutches and this Shenu-Jodha fight may happen on Friday.
The one question in my mind which still remains unanswered is "When will Chand begum make the dramatic entry and bhandaphod of Maham being her captor?" Maybe that will come next week?

Mansi, just for a moment imagine Chand Begum come out of her confinement (if she were kept in that cave by Maham) and release Jalal from the chains and ask him to run for his life and she don't want him also to stay there and lose his child in the same she lost. What if she tells him that don't go near Maham Manga, she will torture you to give her the Khazana

They gave him chilled water bath immediately after boiled water , so that his skin is not burned totally. Just watch out, he will not even have one blister when he enters his DEK after 2 days.

Coz this was the question I asked myself yest, after the episode , when I had a fight with my own brother... he mocked the episode, specially Salima when she was shown to take Rahim tied on her back and fights the war... But while mocking , my brother simply forgot one thing, that he has taken fight on his sister that is me... and yes, he paid for that... coz after that he couldn't watch any of the programme he wanted to watch, as I took off the card from set top box and so the TV was out of service, till he said sorry... Later I gave back the card, but with one small advice, never mess up with me for anything...later my mom asked me, ok ,u fought with him, and being ur brother he too accepted that he shouldn't have mocked like that, but how u will react with outsiders?? Coz even today, there r many men who can't take a woman as their boss or don't like the superiority of women...

I know mom was right... coz I face this thing daily... and frankly, I have very sweet relationship with both my siblings , and such fights we have many times, coz my bro is gr8 prankster and I m his usual target...

Friends, We so usually talk of equality... where it is? And I won't blame only men for that... Let's be true to ourselves... How many woman in today's era r independent , not just with their careers but even in decision making of their own lives? Fortunately , I have got that freedom , I live my life on my own terms, with a fantastic career and a very loving family... But this is true that my very dear friend doesn't enjoy this freedom, even when she is financially independent...i have seen her always in two minds, so has she lost her confidence in herself...why so?

No friends, I m not in any philosophical mood , but yest night after the episode , I visited forum and few takes left me shocked... why so much hatred, that too for a character of the show? And this hatred / mocking of Jo's character was mostly from girls...

Why still many of us want that a male lead of the show should always be a superhero, and a female lead should be a supportive to a male lead??? And if we want her to be supportive to that of our dream hero, how can we even call her lead character... Coz if any one character is expected to be USP of the show, then every other character will be supportive...and if both r lead then both should be treated the same way...

I know , here many will complain that, if that is the case, then why Jodha is doing all herogiri and why Jalal is shown fool??? But no, I don't think, he is shown a fool... I feel he is simply shown a human , and that's what is not acceptable to many of us... coz we see our dream man in Jalal , and expect that he should be a superhero... And superhero should be with all super powers, he is just not accepted to show his human side, coz humans r thought as weak ppl, and superheroes r avatar of GOD...

Another question is , they r killing Jalal / Akbar's character... in history , he was never like this... Then, do we really want to see real history? If yes, then why we have problem with his relationship with Ruku or any other woman? Coz whether we like it or not , the truth is that he was very close to Ruku, always, and for all her life she stayed as his chief consert...

I m not blaming anybody... but why we can't just enjoy these things? Why we r always trying to find out some or other mistake , and that too only in Jodha's character... And I m asking this even to myself, coz even i many time say such things...

Anyway, coming back to yest episode... Just loved it... and truly watched it at least 10 times... and no , this is not a joke... and what I loved... Then I loved everything... I loved MA, I loved Ruku, loved HB,, GB, GA, loved MB, Zakira , loved Salima, , but mostly I loved both Jalal and my Jodha...

I loved Jalal, coz he felt so much as a human , than a superhero... a 22 boy king, who certainly is not a fool... who is king of a kings...who at such young has everything with him, power, wealth , and anything any man would dream of... but there was a child inside him that craved for the relations he can hold on... and now when he knew he had one older sister, he wants her to take that place in his life... He is not fool to try to convince her to last hope... Coz nothing is wrong in hoping... His fate had made him suffer a lot and stay alone in his childhood, and now when he can see new relations in his life he is just trying to grab it... There is nothing wrong in that... If Nigar can't understand what a gem her brother is, then she is unfortunate... Coz she has tried his patience , and now when she will know the truth, when she will be proved wrong, this same brother is going to be there to console her, with his head held high, but then it will be her who won't be able to meet his eyes... Jalal ll be right where he has been always... the mighty Shehenshah who is loved , supported and respected by all...

And then my dear Jo... what strength she showed...she fought for her self respect, but more than that she fought for her husband's honour... had it been the case of just her self respect, I m sure she would have chosen Jauhar, not war... but when she decided to fight, it was more coz now she is not just a woman, she is a Begum of a mighty Shehenshah who loves and trusts her as his soul... how could have she given up without fight?

Anyway this was how I feel abt Jalal and Jodha in my mind... but even what CVs have shown , I just loved it... Mali's character was just like those , who take woman for granted , like she is a plaything... I don't understand how can anybody underestimate the strength a woman posses? How can anybody forget, that if a woman holds the strength to give birth to a kid, then she also holds the strength to fight for he own... Just like a woman can make a world, she even can break that world... Mali made same mistake ... He underestimated woman power, and so he has to face the consequences...

And I must appreciate CVs for the way they showed every woman present there, making herself useful in this war against the devil, in her own possible way... so different methods used, but so much logical... yes, if the fight is btw the men, we will certainly expect it to be by using the weapons, so when the women r fighting, it was really so perfect that they r using those weapons with which they r more used to ... Simply superb...

Surely I can't see Jalal was degraded in this track. Neither they are showcasing Jodha as great. The fact they are trying to show is that Even a great king who think and write history with his sword can also go weak when it comes to his family. Here they are showing how eager Jalal was to share his love & affection with his just acquired sister for whose love & affection, he had been looking for ever since he has been a child. Just because my brother or sister thought bad of me will keep me at bay if I notice them being in problem. Even before realizing what I am doing, I will be at their service and would try to help them out of the crisis and later I might go back to the same mode or they may not even acknowledge my support but that doesn't dampen my spirit and I will be hell bent to help them. And it is the same case with my husband and he will rush to his people at moment of need and at that moment, if I need some support while he is away, I will have to take care of me and that doesn't diminish his virtue and he will not feel bad that I helped myself in times of need.

If by taking care of my need on my own makes others feel that I made my husband look foolish, the it is their fault. And if I feel my husband should not have rushed to his sister or brother's rescue then it is my fault and if my husband feels I should have waited till he comes back to support me, then it is his fault.

If we should feel that Jodha and others should not have fought for their virtue and it would have been better for them to consume poison, the moment they heard about the death of Jalal, then we would not have seen so many widows, say like Hamida Banu & Maham Anga. What was their fault even if Jalal would have been dead, if they had fought for their life and modesty, why they should be blamed? Who has told that the royal women had to consume poison or commit Jouhar the minute they hear about their husbands death? That should be their last resort but before that they have all the right to live their life.

QUOTE=MaddyO]Mansi I got my jugalbandi ⭐️

Wow! You are on fire and your post inspired Gem and Jaya to write such brilliant posts. 😃

Gem and Jaya for your posts 👏

I cannot add anything to what you three have written. Anything so wonderfully and heartfelt written just needs to be read again and again.

Where is Diksha with her long post?!

The only thing I did not enjoy was seeing boiling water poured on Jalal, someone here wrote wish they had shown boiling water, oil and embers being put on Abul Mali simultaneously. I wish Abul Mali's hair could have caught fire with the embers and wouldn't it have been a sight to see his head on fire! 😆

My Jodha rocked yesterday and so did all the women.

Here is for Paridhi Sharma - she usually gets only bashing here. So lady if you happen to read this thread know you have huge number of fans here and we love you. ⭐️

All the Jodha bashing makes me love Paridhi even more and I am afraid it makes me very irritated with Jalal.

It is not Jodha's fault that Jalal went foolishly behind his "Nigar aapa" 😡😡😡 that Jalal chose to wander off leaving his guards behind! Blame CVs but what to do if Jodha does good she is mahaan and Jalal behaves stupidly then it is CVs fault but anything Jodha does it is Jodha's fault!

I want TRPs to rise and rise - that is the ONLY answer bleeding hearts for Jalal who want to see him to borrow Gem's phrase "pin a woman to wall" deserve!

What can be done if some can't bear to see this 16th Century woman! Akbar would NOT HAVE FALLEN in love with "pin a woman to wall - wallflower" if only this is understood!
It took a Jodha for Jallad to turn into Akbar the Great.

Mansi thanks for YOU who is so balanced in her writing. You are the reason many here are on the forum.

I am missing Abhay so much

thanks Maddy..how are u now dear...still i miss ur old pataka post...

Beautiful post dhiksha... first time i disagree with one point...rukku was jalal's first wife..no doubt in that ...he was never close to her... he infact punished her severly..its jo made him to forgive her...she was respected and honoured...but never close to Jalal... u may disagree with u..but he was close to jodha... and he respected salima with high regards...but close to only MUZ aka harka bai...
