I honestly feel so bad for all those actors and entire team who works in a TV show and that show doesn't get nice TRPs because that's what decides the future of the show
I'm not here to spread negativity as I'm not that type of person. I just wanna post my opinion my point. What I feel about all this mess.
My mom, she used to love Indian shows but she stopped watching them when they started to get too much dragged and had no storyline.
She now watches Pakistani shows. She follows them if she likes the story. One thing I love in Pakistani shows are their story and the TRP system. I'm not that aware of it though as I'm just one of TRP audience of Pakistan.
As I have learnt too much about TRPs in these 3 years I know basic things. (Thanks to IPK & RR :P )
Pakistani shows aren't dragged or shut down because of its TRP. Its always shown as its planned. The ORIGINAL STORYLINE. No changes what so ever.
The high budget shows are telecasted on weekends usually and they are maximum 32 episodes. I swear they are really nice. Meaningful storyline and not at all changed on the bases of its TRP.
There was a show named "humsafar" on HumTV. Some of you might know about it. It was the most popular show of Pakistan with 14.7 TRP. That show was a huge success internationally too but that didn't change their storyline or dragged the show.
It was based on a novel and it stayed like that.
I'm sure if Rangrasiya was on its originally planned "guns and roses" story it would have done wonders but sadly the TRP pressure ruined our show.
I wish Indian television was like that. I wish they kept the stories short but meaningful. I wish someday they do this.
Now being Indian shows they can't run for 30 episodes and finish so why not keep the daily shows 100 or 150 max and weekend shows 40 to 45. This will help the story to run smoothly and will show a story not TRP pressure.

I love Rangrasiya and I want it to be saved though now the original story isn't possible but atleast something lookforward. I watch Rangrasiya for PaRud only but all the TRP audience doesn't. They want a story.
