I quite agree she should be calling him by his first name. Right from the beginning she always called him that so I guess she is used to it.

hey guys i just want to share one point and that means a lot:
AS U GUYS KNOW THAT BAJAJ'S FIRST WIFE MENIKA USED TO CALL HIM RISHAB,BUT THEIR RELATION WAS LIKE HELL I.E AT THE VERGE OF ENDING.AND PRERNA CALLS HIM MR.BAJAJ BUT THEIR RELATION IS LIKE THE HEAVEN ABOVE.THIS PROVES THAT NAMES DOESNT MATTERS ITS ONLY THE UNDERSTANDING AND THE BOND BETWEEN TWO PPL WHICH MAKES A SHADI SUCCESSFUL.
