Okay back for a quickie take 5 ... Here goes:

(1) Food wala love: Four ways in which this first scene showed various forms of love

- Hamida Bano's love for Jalal where she cooked for him and didn't mind her food being tested above his life

- Jodha's love where she tested the food and was even ready to test the non-veg mughlai food

- Hamida Bano knowingly steps in to eat the non-veg food

- Jalal's teda comment on the mirch being less (he is good at flirting in a crowd) ... Targeted at Jodha and loved how Jodha knew exactly what he was referring to

Ruqs as always missed the point!

(2) Todarmal - Zakira interaction: No surprises here ... Loved both of them ...

On Todarmal's side:

- His realizing the importance of following up with Zakira

- His understanding that Zakira had no intent / benefit to kill

- His observing and following up on why Zakira said that Jalal's life is in danger

- His doubt on Shehnaaz and how the burns did not look like the ones from hot water

- His belief in Zakira'a innocence

- His promise that he will free her (but he does not know he needs to free herself first)

See that was a mini- take 5 just for Todarmal!

On Zakira's side:

- Continue to love her calmness in this situation ... Speaks volumes on her innocence

- Her continued loyalty for Jodha and Jalal ... She has nothing against them

I wish Zakira had some doubt on Shehnaaz and I could have said they made a great investigation duo!

(3) Angoori Bhaag scene ... Yes, the forehead kisses and sleeping on Jodha's lap were great ... But, I also loved how the couple were finally talking about past milestones in their lives the way we do ... Like Gangaur and the worry Jalal had for her life when she was fighting with Ben's poison.

My favorite part was the naughty way Jalal came close to Jodha on what her reaction would be if he came closer! Teda hai par mera hai!

Looks the CVs are getting confused between the episodes calendar and real calendar as I am not sure how Gangaur could have been so far apart in two years even though a different calendar is used to determine the date of festivals.

(4) Rahim the cutie pie: as always , Rahim was very cute and loved the way he answered back to Salima and Jalal ... It was very kid-like. Liked how Jodha used teda tactics to get Rahim down scaring him with the dead rat ... Before Jodha uses these tactics on her own kids I would like her to be a bit teda with Jalal

and of course, loved how Rahim played cupid for another cute Jodha-Jalal interaction!

(5) As always, the bacha-talk walla love ... I see no other purpose of these scenes but for us to imagine the romance in the background and get the hint that Jodha will be pregnant soon.

But Jalal's smirk and Jodha's blush are always sweet.

Seeing Todarmal's intelligence and composure ... I am no longer worried about the accusations hurled at him ... He will get out of it.

So, what are your thoughts on the take and episode?

Great post Divya. So r u back from ur Grandma's house.
I like the most of the epi. But last 5 minutes 🥱 . Today there was No MCB . MIRACLE 😲
Btw why MA was irritated so much in first scene does she forget she had done the same with HB before. HB should have said that to her. I like Ja's response to Rukks. But I agree with Ja's dialogue from Angoori baag. Jo can't take this kind of risk. What if the food was poisonous. Love his teasing in public. But why his tedapan is only reserved for Romance why don't he show this on DEK.
Love the Angoori baag scene. Love the way Ja went closer to Jo teasing her. And they remember their first ghanghor. But I wish they talk more about it. I wish Ja had said his feeling when he first saw her. Because he did fall in love with her at first sight. How comfortable they were in that scene. Not just this scene they look very comfortable in yesterday epi scene too.
Rahim's scene are always cute. Love the way he was doing shaitani with his ammijaan. He looked so cute. Love Ja's smile in that scene. And Salima teasing Jo. Jo using teda way to make Rahim get down from tree. And the baccha talk 😳 . Yes u r right the cvs r giving us hint that she will get pregnant but I think it will take time.
Todarmal is really intelligent. He noticed that the burn was different from hot water burn. And Zak is still so loyal to Ja and Jo.
Btw did u notice a blooper. When TM was following SN at first he was wearing white dress. Then when SN hides and he came was searching he was wearing yellow dress. Then again in the dupatta scene he was wearing white. Itni jaldi dress change 😆 . Probably they were shoot in different days.
I wanted to kill SN today and Jo how can she doubt TM. And us larki ki kya ijjat jo khud apna dupatta utat ke dusro ko de deti hai. I really hope and want Ja to do the investigation and get the truth out. Jo needs to learn a lesson. She can't believe every aira gaira and bring them in palace.

Regarding TM, good to see ur faith in me. I too have hope in him. Hope Jodha does not fall into shenus trap. Looks like she is. do u think shenu will be exposed tomorrow

1. The food saga - This was a continuation of yesterday's episode, and again Jo's cheerleaders Salima and HB supported her, Jo then checked the veg part, and HB checked the rest. Ruq tried to blast but, Jalaal silenced her with a skeptical look and calm words. I don't know if it was in movie of the show, but, Maham had told that according to Mughal customs the cook had to taste the food, so I don't know what the shemozzle was about. But Jallu looked like he had starved for a couple of days, he ate it up! By the way the food looked less like a Mughalai feast and more like raste ka dhaaba fair...😆

2. It's elementary dear Watson - TM went to the prison and enquired Zak about her words in DEK, after which he explained his suspicion on Shen due to burn marks, when Z told it was due to hot water, he calmly explained that the nature of the burns then would be different from those she had. Awww Tody, your reasoning is brilliant. Finally he left the place after comforting her that soon she'd be out. Way to earn an ally dude! 👏

3. Love in Anghoori Bagh - Jalaal's memory seems to be playing tricks, or it maybe CVs' cruel joke, but today he said a year before on this day, he had seen Jodha for the first time during Ghangaur. What???? And you celebrated your wedding anniversary a month before, what was that? Anyway there some romantic dialogues on Jallu's part and Jodha chided him for being careless with his security, to which he replied she had neglected her own security earlier. It was a cute scene. And he slept on Jodha's lap, the comfort on both their faces was a treat. The both looked at peace. Calm befor the storm I guess. 😆

4. Adham MA - Adham seems to be sprouting a brain these days. Today he questioned his mother, how Shehnaaz could be a potential threat to them, Maham sounded complacent. So she didn't read MC's letter yesterday? Thunderation!

5. Let's talk babies - This was a cute scene with Rahim troubling his mum, and Jodha saving the day. But, throughout Jallu had a smile plastered on his face throughout. No wonder he's least bothered about anything else. Ruqaiyya you planted the baccha idea in his head.

6. Shehnaaz - Well I get all beautiful words in my head, when I think of her, but, basically she planted an idea in Jo's head that TM was stalking her.

7. Precap - Scenes from the promo, so looks like Maha Shanivaar will be about Mahaan Jodha on a vaar (sorry war) thanks to Shani sorry Shenu.

Yes, JJ was good ... But again I would say you are paying too much attn to Ruqs 😆

Though I still don't like this accusation track, I always knew TM would get out of it; the only reason I am forgiving the CVs is that they gave so much good screen space to TM

The movie MA and serial MA are very different - there making Jodha taste the food was to insult her, here it was the reverse. funny I had thought of the same!

Looks like the serial needs to change their catering service if it looked like dhaaba fair! 😉

Looks like the Sherlock-Watson analogy stuck with you ... TM was indeed Sherlock ... Zak needs to work a bit harder to be Watson but she is getting there! I even took a mini take 5 within a take 5 for me TM 😕

festival dates (Gangaur) can be a bit off from the calendar dates (anniversary) ... But not so much. I caught the same 😆

Another lovely take dear!!
I like the fact that Zakira and Todarmal r behaving so calmly in such tough time...good for them! I m sure soon he will get out of the accusation and shehnaz wil b caught!

Rest, as always loved JaJo scene!! Thir cute angoori bagh talk and after Rahim scene!!
