yes I have voted how I would not for Iqbal. He is the most deserving. though he will have tough competion from the other two. I tried and I am able to vote with same email id twice I will try again But I am not sure whether it will be counted but nothing comes as you have voted once or so, I will try to vote as many time as possible

I think as long as their is different email id and different phone number.. it will be counted as a unique user, so each seperate would count. However, I have no idea, just basing my assumption on that.
