Its always hard to say goodbye, especially when you have a secret and the one you are waving your hands at has no knowledge of it. When you know that you are doing something both selfless and selfish, when you are making a choice for both of you, when you know that the one who is waving a goodbye and blowing kisses at you will perhaps need a glucose drip when the secret is revealed, when you are walking away with no intentions of coming back, when you know that now the loved one will only be in your memories and your heart, when you are already hoping that you meet again in some other lifetime and some other situation. To know that you are betraying someone, backstabbing someone, leaving someone behind with an emotional quicksand and yet to know that it was the right thing to do and live with it- its a different kind of hell and you are all alone in it.
Paro was , is and will always be the woman of her word and her faith. She felt sorry for herself only for 2.5 minutes and then, she realized that its she who had made the choice and she cannot go back on it. She has no right to feel that way. The immense strength of her character is what i have always liked , even when she has behaved a little nutty.
But its a complicated paradox you know. Paro made a decision and a commitment not just for herself but for Rudra as well. She is not alone in this misery , she is taking Rudra along as well. He doesn't deserve this at all but then, when two rights are right, you can only have endless debates on who is wrong.
Now, if you think about it from here, its a good thing that Rudra never told Paro that he loves her. Ek adhoori kahaani... as she had said today with a tearful smile. To love a man and then, walk out of his life without knowing his answer... maybe its a good thing.
Coming to the episode today, first of all - crappy editing of the window scene , the sleeping scene. It was shot well as you saw in SBS but in telecast , all the NG shots were used. The only good thing was the capturing of Paro's emotions. Secondly, patchy and incomplete screenplay which had no continuity of Thakur Sa , which did not need Sumer's and Mohini's scene and which sent the whole Ranawat family to local fair even as Rudra and Paro left for Mumbai. All scenes of Rudra and Paro were lovely but damaged at the editing table.
Scenes were hastily put together but the actors - Sanaya, Ashish , Geetanjali did a more than decent job.
Patchy writing , chhaapogiri execution but good acting and awesome dialogues.
RR needs to avoid body doubles and concentrate on better execution. This story is too intense to turn a blind eye to body doubles. Ashish Sharma needs to be on sets for all his scenes since he himself said that RR will not be compromised. So, i hope he sticks to his words.
P.S- The best moment of the episode was when Paro told Rudra tearfully that she loves him the most in this world. Rudra was moved, he wanted to say something but she covered his mouth because she didn't want to hear it.
