I wish Karan anita were the lead Pair..aahhh - Page 9

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, no matter how stupid that opinion is. So there's that. I'm not gonna defend Divyanka cause she doesn't need defending and I'm not gonna discuss how Anita is a far inferior actress compared to Divyanka. All I'm gonna say is that we're lucky that people at Balaji weren't stupid to make that horrible mistake that is being suggested in this topic and we have to thank God and Ekta for that.

divankya is young?divyanka and anita must be in their thirties.

two reasons why you subconsciously might feel otherwise are ..

1. I think DT sometimes looks "bigger" than KP ...Traditionally, in couples usually the male is a lot bigger than the female ..and with KP and Anita ...size wise they seem to pair well..

2. Also, KP and Anita have super off screen chemistry ..he keeps talking of her as a very good friend and posts pics with her on sets etc ...somehow when our lead pair is great off screen we tend to adore them more on screen ..I think KP and Anita have greater off screen chemistry than KP and DT :-)

Oh my god, my worst nightmare realised. Many were praising Raman-Shagun dance which scared the hell out of me because i had doubts that the audience might want them together.

You're so right about KP and Anita's off-screen friendship. Maybe Raman-Shagun do look good and fit well but that's boring. And, yes i can see why some see chemistry in Raman & Shagun... mainly because of KP and Anita's chemistry off screen.

BUT in my opinion
I've seen segments on Karan and Divyanka and i sense they don't interact much off-screen and they don't hang around after pack up (they themselves have indicated this). There relationship is purely professional and what's wrong with that? If they are convincing on screen, if they have chemistry on-screen, that's a job well done, surely?
The very fact that they 're not close and... IF we was to believe old rumors about them not meeting, eye-eye... so be it! UFFF for me this tension makes their on-screen chemistry more intriguing and interesting, even passionate. This is what's enthralling. Actually, the reason why i was drawn to the show is the first place was the strange pairing....i could tell Karan and Divyanka seemed quite poles apart and that's what got me curious to see if their chemistry worked. And, it does work...why else would i be obsessed with the show.
What's the point of having a good looking pair...that's boring especially for TV...the beauty of this pairing is that they don't look conventional.

i say bring it on - give us more Ishra!

This thread has gone no where. Initial pages had good, healthy discussion and i appreciate it, but later a members began to bring in unrelated actors into questioning and the discussion continued. Few have also found to talk about actors physical appearance.

Discussing or bashing on the physical attributes of actors/characters is against the IF rules and is not appreciated. Everyone are entitled to their opinion but that gives no one the right to bash anyone to prove their point right.

And again? There was absolutely no need to bring in Ssharad in this topic? How is he even related to it? Also, couple of the pages towards the end was plain chatting and nothing else. If you have any issue with the topic's closure; PM me.
